They handled all my transactions in a very timely manner, keeping me informed at all times including letting me know of the current exchange rates. I did have one problem when my largest sum of money for a house purchase was being transferred to a Spanish bank, the beneficiary could not see the funds in their account. I called Excel Currencies and they quickly provided me with a transfer statement reference number. The beneficiary was then able to contact their bank and locate the funds which had been held for compliance purposes. So yes I fully recommend Excel Currencies, great customer experience.
