Terrible experience. €23k error and ignoring you completely because they are too busy as they say themselves.

Experiencia mediocre. Al principio muy atentos y todo bien, nos hicieron un buen trabajo pero al pasar de escaso mes, nos dijeron que nuestro contador no estaba disponible, no respondian, no sabiamos si estaban haciendo la contaduria.

Ahora me doy cuenta que ni hicieron mi trimestre de autonomo. Nos vamos a cambiar.

Trato mediocre y respuesta super lenta a todas nuestras solicitudes, a veces pasaban semanas para escuchar sobre ellos.

very quick to take the money and work with you when you are with them but try to leave and that is a different story. Suddenly they clam up and contact is minimal at best with a lot of kicking the can down the road.

For several years now I have been using Exactly.es for both my quarterly and annual tax returns as an autónomo in Spain, as well as my annual personal income tax return as a Spanish resident.

I would especially like to thank Ainara Garcia and Adrian Romeu Santacreu for their outstanding support. They are always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Whenever I have questions, they explain everything clearly and ensure that my tax affairs are handled accurately and on time.

As a foreign resident running a business in Spain, it is reassuring to have experts who understand both the Spanish tax system and the needs of international clients. Their reliability and excellent communication have given me complete confidence over the years.

1/5 stars – Do not trust this firm with technical knowledge or customer service, appalling in both counts.

I hired this firm to file taxes for myself and my son. I submitted all my documentation by April 30, and they did not complete the filing until the final legal deadline — leaving no margin for error and enormous unnecessary stress.

Throughout the process, communication was consistently poor. Emails and calls went unanswered for days. When I called, I was repeatedly told the person was "busy" or "in a meeting" and would call back — they never did. In the final week before the deadline, when I most needed answers, the office was closed for a holiday with phones unavailable.

Most concerning, and the reason I'm writing this review: their lack of technical knowledge and customer service is appalling. The senior accountant assigned to my case tried to apply a 60% rental income deduction to my properties, treating them as standard long-term LAU rentals. My rentals are temporary-contract rentals, for which this deduction does not legally apply. When I flagged the error, I was initially told I was wrong. I had to research and send them the relevant tax law myself before they acknowledged the mistake and corrected it — again, at the very last moment, right before the deadline. If I had not caught this myself, it would have gone through as filed. This was a senior accountant, and he simply did not know the law governing my situation.

I paid €900 for what was billed as a premium accountant service. The quality of work I received was that of a mid-level bookkeeper, not a senior professional — full of errors I had to identify and correct myself.

This matters enormously in Spain, where Hacienda is strict and unforgiving about errors. If a senior accountant at this firm doesn't know basic rules for temporary rental contracts, you have to ask what else is being filed incorrectly without anyone catching it. You should not have to be your own accountant's fact-checker to file safely.

The client portal, advertised as a place to track all communications and download completed forms, was essentially empty — only three of the documents I personally submitted appeared there. None of the promised transparency or organization materialized.

Given the complexity of my filing and the fees charged, I expected professionalism and accuracy. Instead, I got mistakes I had to catch and correct myself, silence when I needed answers, and a level of stress that no client preparing a legal filing should have to endure.

I would not recommend this firm, especially for anyone with time-sensitive or non-standard tax situations who cannot personally verify their accountant's work.
