Página engañosa, te cobran 24.99 por el trámite, si hay algún dato que no has añadido te envían un mail, aunque contestes enseguida se queda ahí parado el tramite no te envían el documento por el que has pagado. Si envías correos al soporte o a info, te contestan con un correo general que están en proceso.. aunque vuelvas a enviar el correo, el texto del que te reenvían es el mismo. Con todo esto el tramite se alarga y alarga.. no sé si al final me enviaran el documento pero no vuelvo a utilizar paginas de estas nunca más. Es un gran error!!

Intermediarios caros, lentos y con trampa. Te cobran 30 euros por un tramite que en realidad cuesta 9 euros o 3 euros si lo haces de forma presencial. Además indican que te envian la documentacion en 4 horas y en mi caso tardaron 1 dia. La sorpresa es que cuando solicitas un primer tramite con ellos automaticamente te suscriben a su web por 49 euros al mes...... Vamos una ganga. Mi queja tambien va dirijida a Google, ya que yo hice una busqueda de Nota Simple On line y lo lógico hubiera sido que me apareciera la pagina oficial del registro de la propiedad y NO esta empresa intermediaria que NO aporta ningun valor añadido al tramite.

Cuando solicitas un trámite, bastante caro por cierto, cuidado porque directamente te suscribes a su página y si no lo das de baja en menos de 7 días, te cobran 50€ por la suscripción.
Sale un mensaje muy pequeño al registrarte para solicitar un trámite... difícil de ver, que no te das cuenta y zasss 50€ que me han cobrado. Que robo!!
Además tardaron bastante en enviarme una nota simple del registro de la propiedad, porque necesitaban muchos datos concretos de la vivienda, no les valía solo con el DNI.
NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTA PÁGINA.

Por un lado, respecto a la Nota Simple, te pedimos disculpas por la demora. Para poder tramitar este documento ante el Registro de la Propiedad en España, el sistema nos exige aportar datos muy específicos del inmueble (como la dirección exacta, número de finca o IDUFIR/CRU). Lamentablemente, el Registro no permite realizar estas búsquedas únicamente con el DNI del solicitante, motivo por el cual nuestro equipo tuvo que solicitarte esa información adicional para poder completar el proceso de forma correcta.
Por otro lado, bajo ningún concepto queremos que te lleves esa impresión sobre nuestro servicio ni el funcionamiento de la suscripción. Queremos revisar personalmente lo ocurrido con tu cuenta para asistirte con la baja inmediata de cualquier cargo activo.
Como desde esta plataforma pública no nos es posible acceder a tus datos de cliente ni al expediente de tu caso, te solicitamos que nos escribas de manera directa a nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente:

Shady, incompetent, and a waste of 3 months! Avoid!
Hired Entre Trámites (Beat Bureaucracy ET, SL) to get a remote NIF M for my father, strictly on the condition of 100% remote processing. Instead, they botched the application, hid the Tax Agency's actual rejection letter from me, and made basic typos ('psio' instead of 'piso') on official forms.
Only when my patience ran out did they reveal the truth: they failed to attach any prior explanation of our case to the tax office, leading to an automatic rejection. They then tried to pressure us into a shady workaround involving a fake appointment in Moscow. Complete lack of transparency and total incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs!

First of all, we apologize for the typographical error found in the first version of Form 030. Although it was corrected before the document was signed, we understand that such details can affect the perception of our service, and we take full responsibility.
Regarding the processing of your application, our team exhausted all available electronic channels with the Tax Agency, providing all necessary documentation. However, the Administration itself ruled that identification must be carried out in person by obtaining a NIE—a decision that depends exclusively on the competent body and is beyond our control.
We would also like to clarify that, after receiving the resolution, we spent time studying possible alternatives before communicating it to you, with the sole objective of trying to find a viable solution. At no point was there any intention to withhold information.
Regarding the consular appointment, we regret that the procedure did not meet your expectations. The Spanish Consulate in Moscow is the official channel authorized by the Spanish authorities for this type of procedure for Belarusian citizens; therefore, our recommendation always adhered to the current legal procedures.
We understand that the final outcome was not what you expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, and in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have proceeded with a full 100% refund of the professional fees paid.

Strong start, horrible finish
We had a phenomenal initial consultation with Louis regarding our tax situation when planning a move from the U.S.A. to Spain so were excited and enthusiastic to use his firm to handle our taxes for 2025. What a complete and utter disappointment so far.
First, you have to pay for all services up front...this seems weird as that provides no leverage or insurance that they're going to do things correctly. The instructions they provide to enable them to submit tax forms on our behalf were confusing and ineffective -- they had to be performed multiple times and eventually worked but who knows why.
We think our advisor must be new, there's no other explanation for the level of incompetence he exhibited, not to mention his unresponsiveness to most emails (things improved when we included Louis on some follow up emails). I tried to be very organized in asking questions (i.e., numbered list) to enable a thorough response, but frequently only received partial responses and sometimes incorrect information.
We completed our Modelo 720 and (we think) Modelo 100 and are still waiting on the Modelo 714. We had five drafts of the Modelo 720 over the course of weeks as there were repeated errors and there were long wait times between us providing feedback and receiving updated drafts. We would provide feedback of the exact lines that needed to be corrected (along with the correct information), yet they corrections were not consistently made. Eventually I went to the 720 drafts on the government website and made the updates myself because I did not want to spend additional weeks trying to resolve things.
Months after submitting all necessary information for the Modelo 100 we are on the second draft, which thankfully looks correct. The first draft was missing over half of our income, so the tax calculations were of course very inaccurate and our confidence dropped from "slightly confident" to "we may be screwed". Thank goodness we did a detailed review (we learned after the multiple 720 errors!) but there are some items on the form that we have no idea how to check so are crossing our fingers that they've been done correctly so we don't get any surprises down the road.
I have been asking about the wealth tax (Modelo 714) for months as well but we still haven't received any information regarding whether or not we are expected to owe anything, or when we'll have a draft form available to review. We now have ten business days until wealth tax payment is due and we still have no clue whether or not we'll need to pay anything. This is unacceptable and stressful as it's not as if we can conjure money from thin air to pay our taxes -- it takes time!
We won't be using entre tramites in the future and will advise others to stay away. Louis is fantastic so is recommended for an initial consultation, but using the company to actually do your taxes may lead to a lot of frustration, stress, and disappointment (but hopefully no fines!).

Pagué 110 € por el modelo 600. Tuve que confirmar mis datos varias veces y, tras días de idas y venidas, me dijeron que no podían subir mi formulario y que tenía que ir yo mismo a Hacienda, lo que me costó otros 25 € adicionales de taxi. Esta empresa se promociona diciendo que lo hace todo online y ni siquiera son capaces de lograr eso. Costes elevados, mala atención y un caos total. Nada recomendable.
