Excellent service! I bought a bumper through eBay, picked it up near Bristol on 07/03/2026 and it was delivered near Glasgow on 09/03/2026. The whole process was hassle-free, with regular updates along the way. Pricing was very reasonable and the item arrived safely. Highly recommended!

I had ordered a mattress that I thought was one of those that arrives rolled up in a box. I wasn't going to be at home when they delivered it, so I left the front porch unlocked, and a message to ask them to leave it in there.
Turns out the mattress wasn't a rolled up one, but they did manage to get it in the porch. A rather thick, king size mattress was kept safe and dry until I got home, and it's all thanks to the effort of the delivery drivers.
I still can't believe it now, that mattress weighs a ton, but they really did an amazing job.

Delivery men turned up, carried sofas to bottom of stairs, then demanded more money to carry to the top upstairs and left my 71-year-old mother, unable to move them as she didn’t have any more cash on her to pay them.So her sofas was dumped at the bottom of the flat stairs some people have no moral

Fast delivery, and excellent assistance from the 2 guys who had to unload our very bulky treadmill. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend.

The movers did not have a trolley to move the piano they were collecting, and as a result our wooden floor has been damaged. They spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with them about putting down protection on the floor.

Delivery was delayed by 4 days as the van had broken down only told 15 minutes prior to delivery slot . No alternate van Very rude and unhelpful when I called
