This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The address on their website says they are in California, but when you check with the state, they are no where to be found. Who knows where they are conducting their business from. Without going into detail of my bad experiences with this company, I would just say do your homework and really check them out. What they say and what they do are two different things. I would definitely stay away from this company at all cost and go with someone else. You will regret using this company. They should not be in business and I do not think they are conducting business in the United States. Their money back guarantee is a joke. They never stand by what they say they are going to do. After you sign off on your website, they go in and make changes without your approval. Their knowledge of the English language is lacking. They don't listen when you explain what you want. They do what they want. The CFO of the company does not keep her promises and they are very good at pilfering money out of you. They tell you you need certain expensive things if you want good ranking on Google. And if you don't go along with what they want to do, they pull your site down and don't put it back up. Money down the drain and you'll have to start over, as they have complete control of your site, and they make sure they're in complete control. The best thing you can do to protect yourself and your company is just don't engage in business with them.

Ask about hidden fees. Designers do not listen to what you want. Very very uncommunicative.
