I am completly computer illiterate and he was able to break every step down to where I could understand the process. I am so thankful for all the good folks at E WEB DESIGN. Working with E-Web Design USA was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Great website design

Nothing but a pack of incompetents, scoundrels, and liars. After 4 months of futility, in spite of multiple and detailed written instructions and no less than 5 separate hour-long phone conferences, this outfit couldn’t even complete the first page of my new website’s Home section. I did receive a refund from them. But my new designer requested a master file of their aborted project to take over the work on my site, and finally complete it to specifications that E Web Design USA first received in March of 2025. Their hapless Raymond at first refused. But then, after I raised the specter of negative online reviews, he left me a voicemail that his company was relenting, and would quickly forward the file. They never did. When I followed up, my request was ignored by Frank – a manager – and by another especially odious supervisor named Bruce, who asserted that all their documentation proved that I alone was to blame for their failures. I myself have the same documentation and more, and it supports my version of events 100%. I can share this with anybody at 585.223.4449. Their fulfillment reviewer, Emma Dackson, not only refused to keep Raymond’s word, but also repeated Bruce’s outrageous lies, and then hysterically referred me to her ‘ compliance team ‘ for some fever dream in her own head of an imaginary EEOC violation! This crew won’t release contact information for their owner, and significantly, the review sites can’t get it either. Little wonder! Run, don’t walk away from this petty cabal of charlatans!

max and his team did an excellent job. not only did they explain everything step per step but they also helped if you had any arising questions.

First I like to say, I never give anyone 5 stars. that means the person or the org. was perfect.
It has to be very difficult working with people who are technology challenged. Saying that, Arron was very patient with us because we had a lot of moving parts. So I would give him 41/2 stars.
