Booking with Events Travel was the best thing we did they are great. We got a hotel package with our event so it made life so much easier. Information and tickets come in an email, install the app on your phone and your good to go.will be using again when we go to another event.Thanks

The Langham Hotel was excellent and the room provided by Events Travel was great with a river view. We were very happy with both the baseline and sideline seats at the AO. I appreciatedthe ease of contacting you, someone always answered the phone. You were a little late sending the package to us but came through on time.

Events Travel made my first trip to Australia and the Open worry free. The accommodations were as advertised, even better and the seats for the matches perfect. We were able to enjoy the matches with ease and comfort. I would highly recommend Events Travel

Efficient admin and good pre-event comms. Tickets issued were surprisingly transferrable/printable, rather than unique QR coded, so somewhat insecure.
Seats were OK but could have been better. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Booked Australian Open tennis tickets through events travel while we were visiting Australia from the UK. All very efficient, arranged great seats for us in the shady area of the Rod Laver arena which were delivered by email. We saw men's semi finals and the matches were just awesome. They also arranged our hotel which was walking distance or a short free tram ride from the Open. Great experience. Watch out for credit card additional charges. In the UK we don't have them but common in Australia.. we used a money transfer service to avoid this for the balancing payment which worked just fine. Thanks to the events travel team for a memorable tennis experience!

I stumbled upon the Events Travel website while looking to book tickets for the Australian Open. I booked a package with them and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The prices were reasonable, the hotels were well-located for the event, and above all, the communication was excellent. Every question was answered in a very friendly manner. I will definitely book with Travel Events again if I return to the Australian Open or other tennis tournaments.

Early access to seating plans allowed us great views of early and mid round matches.
Integrated hotel bookings make the whole process simple and great value.
The options provided for day , night or full day passes were very well judged- and presented a great mix.
We will certainly use Events Travel again.

I have booked AO tickets with Events travel for 4 consecutive years. The seats allocated are excellent and then communication easy and punctual. I will continue to use Events travel for future sporting holidays.

We booked Australian Open tennis tickets, Melbourne and Sydney hotels with Events Travel and all were great! Tickets were perfectly in the shade and hotel options were well located with great views. All our pre-trip planning questions were promptly answered. We’ve recommended this company to others for their future Australian trips as well.

The hotel booking was good in a very good area!
The misunderstanding was due to the fact that I did not receive any e-mail msg including the tennis ticket.... I wrongly supposed that the front desk of MERCURE MELBOURNE SOUTHBANK Hotel gave me such ticket, but they had not got it... So I started to to call over the handy and e-mail msg, bt it WAS SATURDAY and the offices were closed ( just an automatic msg answering to send e-mail). At the end ( but already bought another ticket directly by AO ticket office) George Hedley (Events travel assistant) sent it to me over whatsapp !! It would properly need a better follow up all days, weekend included !!!

The organisation was spot on thanks. The accommodation was perfect, central and close to the AO.
We loved the friendly atmosphere of the tennis. The AO need to streamline the entry point security processes for 11am and provide shade.

All was done quite timely and methodically.

Everything I asked for viewing seats for Australian open the 3 matches where fantastic viewing also requested an aisle seat easy access for someone with a walking stick.

From the first email, everything was so clear and well organized. We couldn't fault Events Travel. The hotel was fantastic and within walking distance to tennis. The tickets were fantastic - great seats. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended. We hope to book again another year.
