I been waiting a lot of time for my order and order status doesn't change anything in a whole week.

I choose the three day option for shipping, and didn’t receive the item. I called and spoke with a representative who said I should receive the package today. He even stated that he had to call fedex for clarity, and returned the call with the aforementioned information. After not receiving the items, I chatted with another representative (D Williams) who offered no suggestions for resolving my issue, however was blunt and repetitive even after I tried to explain the issue. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! My event is on Friday which is the day the item
Is scheduled to arrive and there is no commitment time for the package!!!!!!!

Ordered centerpieces for a corporate event. They exceeded my expectations in quality and packaging. I am so excited to use them for the event.

The descriptions on line are very accurate and easy to understand. I used the live chat feature with great success. The material I bought exceeded my expectations and will work perfectly for what I have planned. This is my second year buying from Event Direct and I will not seek another vendor. Also I am located in Florida as they are and the shipping is super duper fast.

Ordering on the website it easy and everything I ordered arrived without hassle. Delivery was really quick, too! I let them know by when I needed it and they made sure it arrived way before that date.

I received what I ordered in the stated time frame. The chat was helpful in answering questions about the product. I would use this company again.
