The customer service is terrible. I got notified that I booked a pool and I did not book a pool. I was out of town. I come home to an email saying I had booked a pool. For $800. About a month prior I had inquired about a few different pools, but I never booked anything. Suddenly get an email that the pool was booked. And they charged my card $800. I messaged Swimply through the chat and the girl told me she would credit my card back and cancel the unauthorized reservation. Well, instead of crediting my card back she gave me a Swimply credit for $800! I Messaged back into customer service and they acted like that wasn’t an option. They told me I had chosen credit even though I wasn’t the one that canceled it. They said there was no record of conversation from the night before. Which floors me. I had to beg to get my money back and they acted like they were doing me a favor. this isn’t my first experience with bad customer service and Swimley.

The hosts are wonderful! We truly felt welcome at their home. Their facilities were modern and clean. Everything was top notch and worth every penny! Our family(from toddler to grandpa) had such a great time that it may become our new favorite event.

This place was amazing and Joe was so wonderful and accommodating! Couldn't recommend higher!!! One of my daycare kids said it was better than Disney!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The app is a breeze to use, and our host was fantastic. The space had everything we needed—plenty of parking, comfortable seating, and ample tables—all in a really nice neighborhood. Just a perfect experience from beginning to end!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. SWIMMER BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN REFUSE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. THEY ARE THE WORST!

We rented the pool house for our daughters Birthday, it was clean, well maintained and a safe and private area for her and her friends to be in. The owners and host were friendly and very helpful. Everything was easily accessible and they were happy to assist with any questions I had.

Bad experience, I cancelled and they only give credit and when I rebook there's a fee, reached out to customer service only got sorry there's nothing they can do, horrible, will not use again.
