Very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful in helping and advising on my first lease car. Would definitely recommend. Great communication always kept me informed of the developments and the next steps. Especially James from the admin team.

The team were very attentive and proactive, contacting me, rather than me having to chase them. When my emails didn't seem to come through to my inbox, they didn't ignore the lack of response, the called me. When the delivery of the car failed at the last minute, they arranged for me to collect it myself from the dealer, meaning I didn't need to take another day off work.
