This company was quick to pick up on an insurance job but impossible to contact ny phone.

Our experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I would strongly advise others to stay well clear.

If you value basic customer service, accountability, or even the slightest sense of urgency, avoid Evander at all costs.
After a serious incident where most of our windows and doors were smashed, Evander took over a month just to show up and inspect the damage. No urgency. No apology. No communication.
We had to chase them constantly, and even now weeks later, they still haven’t bothered to send us a quote.
Their behaviour shows a complete lack of professionalism. They operate as if customers are an inconvenience, doing things whenever it suits them, with zero regard for the fact that our home has been left boarded up for weeks.

Even after repeatedly raising our concerns, nothing has been done to speed up the process.
If you want a company that actually cares, communicates, and takes responsibility, stay well clear of Evander.

Our experience has been pathetic, and no one should have to deal with this level of incompetence.

They did what i expected in a very proffessional maner

One of my bay windows was unfortunately smashed by a kid with a football - luckily I had home insurance and they arranged the repair with Evander. The window was boarded up within a few hours with the emergency repair team from Evander. Quickly they then arranged an engineer to size the replacement window and a repair date was offered for just a few days later. The two guys who came out to do the repair were so efficient, in and out within 1.5h and cleaned up everything afterwards, leaving the place spotless! Thank you for your efficient and professional service. 10/10 would recommend.
