Cable arrived quickly and seems well made and substantial. It is expensive for a charging cable (we have a 17m cable) - and we've had a couple of issues where our car won’t charge if the cable is twisted further down the line), but overall it seems to work, and hasn’t broken or otherwise failed for the two months of use so far.

It is very good that over the air updates will now be for the duration of the warranty. I did not like paying the extra for it so it would have been much better if it was included in price of the car even if you increased the cost by £85, if this was done it would have been a 5 star review

Super friendly voice on the other end of the phone, good price and even came next day without paying for next day delivery. My only gripe is the commando socket is sealed so unable to check the tightness of the connection over time.

Quality product, excellent delivery

When I discovered what I initially ordered was not right for what I needed, I phoned the staff who told me what I needed and how to return what I had at no charge. Once I had done this I paid the small extra amount that the new item cost and within 2 days I had what I needed. All of this was confirmed/backed up by emails. Great service.
