I was astounded by the knowledge that Emma had on the telephone. She explained everything to me and even followed up with an email describing the different option. I had 100% recommend these people absolutely amazing.!

This team are absolute top chaps! I ordered from the store and was given full updates. They were let down by their counter and when I complained their customer service was second to none! Can’t recommend this store enough they were brilliant at sorting a delivery issue that they had no control of. Emma and the team were brilliant 👍👍👍

It's the response to a problem which defines good customer service. I got an instant full response to my query about confusing tracking information - caused by a courier van breakdown - and the item arrived as promised on the next working day.

Excellent Company when you find the lead you require.
I found the website a little disjointed. It was difficult to find what I was looking for when you use the model of the vehicle. When I found the correct lead the experience was excellent.
Delivery was quick, the quality of the product looks good as well.

EV Extras use Yodel… enough said…
PLEASE SEE THE UPDATE BELOW THE ORIGINAL REVIEW - Had I known that EV Extras used Yodel for next day delivery I would never have used them. Needless to say this isn’t explicitly said on their website… did it turn up next day… nope, unsurprisingly. I’m sure your products are great, unfortunately your choice of delivery partners is abysmal… you would have thought someone in the company watches Panorama…
So, EV Extras got in touch and while the result wasn't prefect (i.e. the cable took another day to arrive) they did bend themselves double sorting out the issue and threw in a discount to boot...
I think it's important to recognise that things don't always go perfectly, but the measure of a person or organisation is how they deal with and resolve those bumps in the road... an excellent response to an imperfect situation... I'd definitely use them again.
I've left the star rating at 1 though because in my experience people read the 5* and the 1* when making a decision, so here you go...
