Good process and service.

Hicimos una reserva con EBR para dos fechas separadas, un tour de un día en Roma el 28 de mayo (visitamos la basílica de Sta María de los Ángeles, Circo Massimo y las catacumbas de San Sebastián) y otra ruta en bus por Florencia ahora en junio (para ver El Duomo, San Miniato al Monte y Santa Croce). Eran compañías de autocares distintas en las dos ciudades pero los dos conductores super puntuales y profesionales! Conseguimos el mejor precio de todos, una maravilla porque en estas fechas Italia se pone a tope y era una pesadilla para nuestro grupo de peregrinos encontrar bus libre!! Muchisimas gracias a Europe bus reservación!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
We booked EBR 14 months in advance to our wedding in Florence & were given Charlene as our lead. We encountered endless issues and I cannot stress enough to not book this coach company.
1. We had another coach company do the exact same journey, with the exact same number of passengers for a significantly cheaper price.
2. We were informed of a ZTL charge of €770, a month before we were travelling, despite the coach the next day doing the exact same journey saying it’s unnecessary.
3. We were given 2 options for the ZTL charge and were informed if we were staying in Florence and could provide proof, it would be reduced from €770 to €220. We provided proof & paid the smaller charge.
4. I send countless emails & WhatsApps to Charlene the week before the wedding to confirm all final details & she wouldn’t reply. I rang the office and was passed through to Charlene, who stated that the pick up & drop off location had been changed to the hotel confirmation we provided, despite everything being arranged for the train station. This was all changed without speaking to us and we had to pay the “full ZTL” charge to have the pickup and drop off location changed back to the train station, meaning another €550 payment.
5. The day of the wedding the coach did not turn up. We rang the coach company office, which was closed & rang Charlene’s mobile number but she either wouldn’t answer the call or would hang up. Finally we got through and she explained there was no coach coming as she’d booked it for the wrong day. Despite all emails from us listing the correct date, as did the contract and quote we initially signed. We received no apology, Charlene was extremely rude on the phone & said she’d follow up regarding the return journey.
6. Charlene never followed up and no return journey was organised.

This was all happening on our wedding day - adding unnecessary stress, frustration & upset to an otherwise perfect day. She was extremely rude when dealing with us and still has never said sorry to us even a month later, for messing this up!

We had to pay out of pocket, over €1000 for taxis for people to get to the venue and another €1000 for people to return back to Florence.

overpriced service, last minute unnecessary charges & unnecessary stress/upset caused. Unreliable service that didn’t turn up & rude customer service from start to finish

We booked EBR recently to collect us from Nantes airport to take us to a chateau for my daughter’s hen party weekend.
We booked collect and return for 20 ladies.
This company are exceptional with amazing communication skills.
They replied to all my emails and requests promptly. Their buses are spotless!
A great reliable service who were efficient and punctual. Highly recommend this company.

The bus we booked left without picking us up because our flight was delayed. The local contact told us "its not our responsibility" pay again if you want a bus, "200 Euros before you leave the airport".

Bus turned up went and left 36 pupils behind awful
And then wanted to charge us for another bus

I booked with Europe Bus Reservation for a corporate group. Upon arrival at the airport, the bus never showed. When I called the helpdesk they weren't able to contact the local driver. We were left with no transport from the airport. This was not reflected in the cost of the services, rather they offered to reimburse our Uber costs for the group. Ended up paying for a journey/service which was never delivered. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable mode of transport.
