Very unhappy with this product
Very unhappy with this product. First it was delivered late and then was not happy with what it looked like for what it cost. And after I complained that I hadn’t received it when I expected it I never received a response from them. Never again.

We are sorry for any issues with your shipment. Tracking shows us that more than one attempt to deliver this item was made before it was listed as awaiting pickup at a local UPS pickup point. While the issue with the appearance of the item was not shown to us with any photo or video evidence to be damaged or effectively different from our online images, we do apologize that or for any inconvenience with the delivery. Hello! We are happy that you are still enjoying your order, and yes the scent does fade over time due to environmental factors. We are working on a scent additive that would allow you to "recharge" it, but that is not yet available for sale.

Care for the preserved roses is only to limit touching, no water and no direct sunlight. Belated b-day gift for a friend
I got one for my friend as a belated birthday gift and she loves it. She keeps it next to her bed. She told me it is the greatest smelling flower she has ever had. I cannot wait to get myself one.

I've received and given different…
I've received and given different brands of these roses and this is by far the worst. I sent 4 different orders and they all looked cheap, some were squished, and poorly delivered. When I complained, nothing happened. I would rather spend a little more for some of the other brands like Venus et Fleur.
