This is such a special gift. I got my centerpiece almost 4 years ago and I still love and enjoy it. It also reminds me of our 50th anniversary and the special person who bought it for us.

READ BEFORE ORDERING! I placed an order a MONTH in advance for it to be delivered by a certain date which was our wedding anniversary. The cost was over $250 and, as this looked like a premium service, I was sure they would deliver. They didn't. They not only shipped it out late, but when it didn't even turn up by the requested date, they don't want to refund you. They blame UPS who only received it a day or two before when it needed to be delivered. I now have to go through my CC company to get a refund on this POC. Avoid and choose a different company to mark your occasion!

Perfect shipping, ordering and delivery

I am very disappointed in Eternal Roses as we have ordered frequently from them before and it was always perfect. I ordered a blue velvet evil eye gift box on March 23rd for a friend’s birthday. It was to be delivered on March 29th and I haven’t received it. I followed up with their chat team on Saturday the 2nd and it sounds like their website did not charge me a shipping fee which was not my fault and they did not reach out to me for additional funds so they didn’t fulfill the order. I was told that they would make one and I still have not received a delivery confirmation email and my credit card has been charged for a product that I do not have. I left a voicemail with their customer service. This is very disappointing.

The response from eternal roses that is not professional and inappropriate due to the fact that I had to reach out to them on April 2nd and again today. I had to ask repeatedly when my arrangement would ship and I got a response AFTER I reviewed on trustpilot. Throughout this whole process I received odd responses from eternal roses with unclear answers. An apology and an acknowledgment of my frustration would have worked wonders from eternal roses.

Ordered a black rose in the clear display box. Other than the rose looking a roughed up, very good service. But I feel that for the price I paid the rose should be in better condition. The other issue is that I ordered the large stone baguette necklace (yes I know cz isn’t worth anything). The add claims that the necklace is in 100% sterling (which is why I ordered it) it’s gold colored with no sterling mark. Support request were not responded to. I will now have to buy a silver test kit to detriment the authenticity of the metal. Otherwise it will be returned as it’s not worth $90 otherwise.

The flowers are great, pretty, and smell very nice!

My girlfriend loved them very much. Delivery was efficient. I don't really have anything particular to add. They are pricey but very much quality.

After my first order was distorted during shipping the company did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

Was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for the price, on top of having to pay a ton of duty at my doorstep as I am from Canada. No big deal however, when I opened the package one of the roses was completely torn out and pedals everywhere. I replied to one of the initial managers/owners email they sent to express my concern, but I have not heard back.

Absolutely amazing!! Ordered for Valentine’s Day 2022 and could not be any happier. I was so happy, I went back and ordered 4 other items. I figured there was no way I’d get them by the 14th (ordered on the 11th)… Eternal Roses made sure that I got my delivery THE NEXT DAY!! Truly a great product and experience 👍

Initially I was skeptical of this... after all, how could LIVING ROSES live and stay fresh and fragrant for a year or more, without needing water, care, fertilizer, and additional care. Then I met a friend who once bought her mom a single rose from Eternal Roses, and two years later that single rose is still blooming and smelling wonderful on her mother's desk. I was sold, purchased the largest presentation possible, and my fiancé LOVED receiving it for Valentine's Day. Am looking forward to ordering another Eternal Roses display when a future event calls for the moment.

Beautiful flowers but packaging could be better. When I opened the package, many of the flowers had their pedals fallen off during shipping.

I paid for package to be delivered at a certain date and it got delivered 2 days later. Why would you give an option on desired delivery date if it won't be fulfilled on such date??

They always deliver on time, and the roses are beautifully preserved!
