still have not gotten the Rose! when ordered the delivery date said 7/21/2022, however today is 7/25/2022 and still no Rose. What a way to express an anniversary like flower showing up late.....from now on traditional roses from trusted local shops.

This was a Birthday Gift to a friend's mother whose own Mother, Rose, passed away earlier this year. I was very disappointed with this…
I was very disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the box the rose which was attached to a small vase was loose in the box. I believe this is what caused the rose to look like it was totally flat. The petals also looked damage; parts appeared dark around the edges of the white rose.

When the roses showed up, multiple roses were damaged and there were rose leafs all over the inside of the plastic box.

This is my 5th or 6th time ordering…
This is my 5th or 6th time ordering from here. I have 2 boxes and 3 singles from 2019 which still smell incredible. We did order 1 box in a purple hugh color and the color didn't last this long (faded in about 8mo/12mo) but the smell still did.
Current order fell on a holiday timeline and they went above and beyond to deliver the order in a timely fashion although it seemed almost impossible (spoke with several people and managers etc). They got it done AND gave another sweet gift with it. Honestly, it was stressful if it wasn't going to be delivered when we thought (pay attn to the "estimated delivery time" not guaranteed delivery time) but they truly, truly made the sky and the ground touch in order to get this done and they did. I couldn't be happier and obviously will be ordering again and again.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered the Lennox box and instead recieved something totally different. It also came significantly later than expected! The rose I did receive is pretty, but it’s a singular versus the four I was supposed to receive… I’m also not a Virgo so it’s a rather odd thing to have just laying around.
Though I will say, once reached out to the customer service team was great! They shipped the proper order out in less than 24 hours!! I am very grateful for this service, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eternal rose.

because the flowers cannot be taken out of the transparent box it looks like a cheap fairground gift

I noticed this ad on social media and I was intrigued. I read about the company and the product. I was a little concerned when it said, "size may may differ". Thinking, am I going to be paying this price for a tiny little rose. When I read that it lasts up to 3 years, I felt a little better. It looked cool, and as long as i follow the directions, which are pretty simple, why not.
When I received it! Gorgeous! Absolutely worth the money. It is so pretty. I got it for my boyfriend. He thought it was pretty awesome too! And he criticizes everything. Lol
My point is that, it is amazing and very beautiful! I truly hope it lasts the full 3 years. 🌹😚
