⭐ 1 Star — Shocking service. Order elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish.

I paid for a product and never actually received it, yet this company seems to think sending a photo of a parcel being dumped in an insecure communal bin area somehow counts as successful delivery. It was NOT my nominated safe place, it’s clearly accessible to other people, and with ongoing construction/scaffolding around the property, leaving a parcel there was unbelievably irresponsible.

The reality is simple: I paid for sunglasses, and I have nothing.

What’s most concerning is the complete lack of ownership. Instead of properly investigating or offering a meaningful resolution, the response felt like “the driver left it there, so not our problem.” That is not customer service.

A delivery confirmation does not equal a customer receiving their order—especially when the parcel has been left somewhere insecure without permission.

This whole experience has been frustrating, dismissive, and a complete waste of time. Based on how this has been handled, I would have zero confidence ordering from this company again and would strongly encourage others to be cautious before spending their money here.

Never again! After more than three weeks, I still haven't received my package, and the seller only responded to messages after I involved PayPal. Please don't buy from them!!

AVOID AVOID they will encourage you to exchange if you don’t like your first purchase then when you send the exchange back for a refund they will ignore you for about a week then once they receive your return they will tell you they won’t refund exchanges. So they currently have the sunglasses back and my £50 and are now ignoring me THIEFS I’m now having to go through the hassle of my bank to try get my money back disgusting behaviour don’t know how there allowed to be a business. Oh and just to add there plastic rubbish and the worst quality glasses I’ve ever tried.

WHAT a WET reply disgusting company to keep £50 from a customer they must be struggling feel sorry for them. No mention of this no refund after exchange they push and push you to exchange then throw the yep we have your money now unlucky why would I want credit for cheap rubbish horrible sunglasses absolute jokers. Learn from successful big companies 10000x bigger than this joke company refunds should always be an option EVEN on exchange's. Though clearly as can be seen the shocking reviews you have got I’m not the only one shocked by your poor service!

I saw these guys on instagram, and I couldn’t help see what they have to offer - I was not disappointed! They have such a great range of glasses! I currently own 4 pairs of Essntl Frames now and they all give me main character vibes! Even my friends were saying how stylish & chic I look with these on. The products always seem to be on trend so this is now my new go to brand for sunglasses! Definitely recommend them!!

Really happy with my frames. The design is simple, clean, and stylish they go with everything. The frames are lightweight but sturdy, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was neat and minimal. Overall, you can tell thought went into both the product and the experience. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I had the worst experience ever with this brand!!!!! Think twice. If you have a problem with your order, nobody will reply to you. I had to chase them for weeks and when I opened a dispute with Klarna (fortunately I paid through this app), they started answering. I wanted to return my order as the quality is very poor and they asked me to pay my return first class with signature, it cost me £8 + the initial shipping of £4. I lost £12 in total and a lot of time and energy.

Items arrived on time and with a free got, got my prescription done and it was delivered in 2 weeks. Super fast and good pricing, smooth customer service. 100% recommend.
