The shades are brilliant. Good value for money

As you give 14 days to return items but no returns information and I have messaged and emailed you on four separate platforms maybe I should try here as you seem to reply to certain reviews. I received my glasses this week, as a previous review states, in a Jiffy bag, anything but premium. I opened them and realised immediately the poor quality, tried them on then on attempted to close them and one arm won't go down, it just clicks and goes part way.
I'd like to return these for a full refund please, I look forward to your response from one of my now five attempts to contact you.

Nice glasses. Would have preferred it came in a nice case though, for protection.

Avoid fallen for this company!
Proper rubbish quality sunglasses probably made in china or India at its lowest warehouse it’s not even worth £10 each.
Furthermore when I asked to return the glasses that are faulty they wanted the customer to pay for postage and no apology at all.

There was an issue with my order and I was naturally disappointed at first. After getting in touch with The Shade Hut, they handled everything exceptionally well.
Not only did they send the missing sunglasses, but they also included an additional complimentary pair and issued me a full refund. Throughout the process, Amy was polite, professional and genuinely committed to making things right.

It’s easy to judge a company when something goes wrong but I believe the real measure of a business is how it responds when faced with a problem. The Shade Hut exceeded my expectations and showed that customer satisfaction truly matters to them.

Updated Review - My 4 emails requesting return / refund on shades went unanswered until I 1-star'd them on social media. I was then contacted by Amy on Customer Service who explained they'd had email server issues for a few days and was very apologetic. I was given a full refund and ultimately satisfied with their resolution. All companies have issues, how they are dealt with says more about a company than when everything goes well. As such I am happy to recommend Shade-Hut.

Glasses themselves were fine, arrived promptly and were as advertised and in good condition. Just didnt suit me.
