I have been using Essex Clear Ears (mostly Jo) for microsuction treatment regularly for about 3 years and am very pleased with how I am treated, which is both friendly and professionally. Thoroughly recommended

I saw Mitch for a hearing test. No waiting time, straight in. Everything was explained in detail which made the tests easy to complete. Next steps outlined in detail and again explained in simple terms. Was given a booklet at the end to take with home with all the details. I would recommend this practice for hearing problems and will definitely use them again.

Brilliant - what more can I say

My mother and I both recently attended Essex Clear Ears for a six monthly check of our new hearing aids. This was slightly earlier than planned, but mum (aged 90) was having some minor difficulties.
Mitch saw us both (one after the other) and he could not have been more understanding or helpful. After some small tweaks for mum's hearing aids (and getting mine fully linked to my phone), we both left completely content.

Decided to use Essex Clear Ears initially for wax removal and have now used them for my hearing aid review meetings. ( after previously using a major high street chain ). A completely different experience, expert care and attention and explained to me how to clean my hearing aids properly, this had never been explained to me before ! I recommend this company without hesitation.

I had no hesitation in visiting following the care I received from Jo 2 years ago, when water got into my ear. Once again, a very professional and friendly service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The whole experience was above what I expected, care was taken and you are really looked after whilst the test is completed. Everything was explained and comfort given throughout. Would highly recommend for a hearing and ear review.

Mitch was wonderful today with my 96 year old mother. She has a hearing aid and he was able to change the tube which saved us a trip to the hospital where we usually get it changed.

I was received with much politeness and had a very good outcome. My consultant I saw was Mitch and very kind and explained everything to me. This was my second visit and I would recommend to everyone who has a problem with their ears.

I was really pleased with the way I was treated and the relaxed atmosphere. The audiologist was very through and well qualified. All in all it was a very good experience and everyone was very professional. I shall definitely keep ECE on my phone list.

What a fantastic experience we have had visiting Essex Clear Ears in Rayleigh. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the way we have been treated. Both Natalie and Mitch were patient, professional and kind during my dad’s series of appointments with them. I was extremely impressed with their manner: speaking clearly, respectfully and directly to him (rather than to me as is often the case!). Front desk staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, both face to face and on the telephone. Liaison with GPs Surgery highly efficient too. Can’t recommend ECE highly enough. Excellent care, excellent value for money, excellent company values. Thank you all!
