I needed to sell my property overseas, was informed that yes this was the company for me and there was interest in the area I was selling so confidently paid the fee. I waited and waited, no feedback, no communication nothing. Any communication was initiated by myself and they would reply and I was always informed that they weren’t a local agency so enquiries were on an international basis, always excusing and covering up a complete lack of commitment to selling my property. My property has now sold, through a local agency. Avoid throwing your money away and go directly through a local agency
