Would highly recommend Ernie's at Market Deeping. An excellent selection of outdoor furniture at very reasonable prices. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I visited the Ernie’s showroom yesterday as I needed two rattan chairs. From the minute we walked in, we had a positive experience. The team greeted us straight away and could not have been more helpful.
The quality of what was on display was really impressive, including some unusual pieces. All were competitively priced.
Needless to say, I found exactly what I wanted…aluminium framed, hand woven, weather resistant, beautiful, comfortable chairs. I wanted to take them home there and then and the guys even helped me squeeze them into the car. Ten out of ten! Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Ernie’s highly enough! Lovely Jo is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Mum was looking for some garden furniture for her new place last year and the service was second to none. There was no pressure , Jo just genuinely wanting to help find the right pieces.

We’ve just been back this weekend to purchase an outdoor seating set and again Jo was wonderful, thank you!

What a hidden gem this shop is. There products are top top quality and they even have a clearance section as well at superb prices.
Great customer service as well just to top things off.
If you are looking for outdoor furniture, Pizza ovens and even outside bars, be sure to pay them a visit.

Friendly approach, I had a fabulous experience and bought an aluminium corner patio dining set. Fits perfectly in the garden and big enough to host 8 people comfortably, would recommend to anyone to give Ernies a look. (Shame I can't post a photo)

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about the team at Ernies to be honest. Both Ken and Sally Anne are absolutely amazing at customer service. I bought a premium furniture set from them which will last a lifetime and they bent over backwards to get it to me in a short timeframe and at the best price I could find it anywhere. I did have an issue with the delivery from the manufacturer but Ken jumped on it and had the missing items sent to me within 48 hours by another courier, pretty amazing service considering. I will definitely go back for anything garden related in the future and I just wish every business was like this, it's kind of rare these days.

The staff Instore were very helpful and friendly, I found the full collection vast and something for everyone with varied budgets. The quality of the furniture is great and the overall service too. Delivery came quick and seamless. Comparing prices to other retailers I found Ernie’s to be very competitive as well. Very happy

I would like to say Ken the sales assistant in Bury St Edmunds was one of the main reasons we made our purchase with Ernie’s. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us make our choice. Overall a really positive experience in the shop.

Absolutely delighted with our purchases from Earnies. The Customer Service from Sally-Anne was superb. She made us feel welcome and comfortable in looking at and trying out the outdoor furniture on display without being too intrusive. We was impressed with the modern pagodas and range of furniture that we saw. We bought a pagoda and L shaped seating suite with table and stools as well as two loungers with a table at a very good competitive price. The Delivery was punctual and the staff were helpful in giving useful advice prior to assembling the pagoda. We love our purchases and it really has made our garden into a relaxing entertaining haven.
I would happily recommend Earnies as they have been professional and courteous at every stage as well as the products being great quality and design.
