Norfolk Leisure makes top quality outdoor living essentials. Added to this their customer service is something other companies would do well to aspire to. Nothing is too much trouble if you have a problem (even if you bought one of their products elsewhere) - their technical staff have such expertise at resolving any issues you may have.
Superb corner table and chairs and outstanding service when I requested a replacement slat for the table following an accident.
Don’t shop anywhere else . Particular thanks to Amy for sourcing the replacement.
The customer service was absolutely brilliant. A replacement table top was sent to us by a super delivery team. Amy was fantastic and was very helpful and friendly.

Have spent thousands with them and the service is superb. Expect good and multiply that by 100 and you will be close.
Had a couple of minor issues and the guys were straight out. That is awesome.
The product quality could not be better and if you compare elsewhere you realise what you should expect in garden furniture.
Obviously have purchased here a few times as they are my first and only choice.

Matt and David could not have done a better job of installing our pergola, they arrived on time and executed everything with true professionalism, which was excellent.

I did not expect to be writing a review some 7 years after purchasing our garden furniture set. But Norfolk Leisure Customer Services is amazing. I contact them to enquire about repairing or replacing the spraystone table top, which had started to peel and looked unsightly and unhygienic. Having explained the problem and provided photographic evidence, they kindly offered to replace the table top for me free of charge. This was arranged very promptly. The rest of the set has aged exceptionally well, particularly as the metal frame lives outside all year round. So the product quality is also 5 star. Thank you Norfolk Leisure.

We are absolutely delighted with our LIFE Outdoor garden furniture, the quality is superb. But what really stood out for us was the fantastic customer service we received when choosing our furniture.
