Efficient, polite, really helpful, very punctual, had a comfy car seat for the baby. Ali even gave us coins for our airport trollies when he dropped us off at departures. We would highly recommend his taxi service!

We booked epic travels for our return to Manchester airport for a long haul trip.

From initial contact to final drop off the service was explemary.

Quote was done online and talked through in detail on phone which is good as you want confidence that the driver will turn up. Many online providers had no phone number

Pick up was smooth and Ali patiently waited 30 mins whilst we got the kids and luggage out and locked down the house

On the return leg, we were delayed and had 2 lost bags so it took nearly 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time to get the car. Ali again waited patiently and didn't add stress on top of the situation. He paid for the extra parking and didn't ask us to cover it. And he even came into the terminal to help us get the luggage to the car.

Overall very satisfied with the experience and will definitely book again for our next airport trip.

I have used Epic Travel twice. Once again, Ali dealt with my booking professionally from start to finish, kept in touch and update with picking up details. We have used Epic Travels for Manchester Airport and this is the best company we have used so far! There booking process is very simple. I went onto their website,filled in the online booking form. They called back and confirmed the price and availability. Very nice and polite staff. Sent us notifications about drivers and upon return they tracked our flight and driver was waiting inside Terminal 2 for us!
