Bought a high-end scooter in June 2024
Bought a high-end scooter in June 2024, expecting to recieve a 2024 model.
After a few months, I looked underneath the scooter and saw some product information and the scooter was from Jan 2023.
Support played dumb and acted like they didnt know anything and I was stuck with it.

Terrible customer service. The say they are an online dealer but good luck receiving anything They processed my payment and then would not return my calls eventually emailing me telling me I did not pass their online security check

I order a BMC Twostroke
I order a BMC Twostroke. Shipping was delayed about a week for reasons unknown. The exterior of the shipping box was in good condition but upon inspecting the bike, the suspension fork has suffered some damage. There were deep cuts around the bridge of the fork. Instead of sending the bike back I had the fork replaced at a cost of 350.00.
