As a owner of my first e-bike,(Aventure3) I am very pleased with the performances it delivers, much more than I was expecting at first. The shipping was incredibly fast; I received my e-bike the next day after ordering it. Thank you Ez-bike!
Communication. Seriously.
Two stars is somewhat generous. I do appreciate that when they did manage to email once in a blue moon it seemed polite, but aside from that I really have nothing good to say. Multiple delays were made for the shipping of my bike, none of which they ever actually notified me of, and proceeded to ask if I had been told about the situation with the supplier as though they’d had any communication whatsoever beforehand. Then, even after my bike took over a month to ship, my battery still doesn’t arrive until over a week afterwards, or at least that’s when it’s scheduled to arrive. Still haven’t responded to multiple emails after over 4 days ago telling me that “tomorrow you will receive tracking.” Nothing good to say other than I seriously hope EZbike can step up their game for other customers and fix these mistakes.

Buy on your own risk expect that there would be faulty in it.(Because it's cheap)(Well better for u if u know about bikes it would help u a lot on it if u even have tools better)
Customer service respond mostly on reviews takes a while if it's email or phone. There busy I think.
Replacement part on my side of story I don't know when will I get replacement the brand I have blutron need to be contact with the manufacturer and they said the spare parts of it so expect it would take a long time also the tracker app also will not help u unless it's the day of its delivery.
The bike on blutron have a common parts as a commuter bike u can easily find parts online most brand have Shimano so easily accessible to find a better replacement.
Also buy a thread lock blue I just learned it would help on your bike screw.
On the end of the day I don't know what to say thanks for the refund.
I need the bike for transportation for everyday.
seeing the bike sitting for 2 weeks feels like i would have rather bought a new one instead as someone who have low understanding on bike parts.
Most need atleast on my experience u need a bike tool for ur pedals and the back of ur bike where the shift gear is. It's better that u made local shop do your back unless u want to be adventurous. The pedal u can do it manually google help a lot.
I really do want to say that the site did a good job on making things right.
But there too busy. Would like to have a heads-up or like it would take longer to find a spare parts for ur bike so we're not gonna order it until it's available. Better to know things like "hey your parts is not available right now" so will tell u next time would have make me understand things more. But just want to say if u bought a blutron like me the parts are pretty common in manual bike.
Why I would rather used warranty because it's free if it's align to the policy.

The Bottom Line: If you get a flat tire, snap a chain, wear down your brake pads, or need to replace a worn-out sprocket, you can walk into any local bike shop or order standard bicycle components online to fix it. Which I got lucky buying this.
Thank God my bike is not the same as my coworker who I convinced to buy here not sure if his bike who is more expensive than me can be replaced with common part easily.
It just not right buying a bike and broke fast and u need to fix it urself or go to local shop to fix is tiring if u not good at bike parts. Google it helps a lot atleast for me.

Poor customer Service communication
I have to say we were very excited to purchase an ebike from this company however they didn’t follow through with their promise of efficient shipping and it took over two weeks before it was even shipped
After an injury I requested to cancel the order but was not aware the bike had shipped
I was advised to reject the bike if it arrived however advised them I would accept the bike and submit the full payment instead since it was coming
We inquired early am the day it was to arrive to ensure the bike was not to be returned ( payment had been received)
The bike never arrived as EZbike failed to ensure the return to sender was not corrected
Between calls and emails that had delays in responses between UPS and ezbike I was assured the bike would arrive to then find out it was sent back anyway
I was promised an update again and waited all day when no one responded
I instructed a refund and instructed an e-transfer they delayed responding and their accountant failed to submit the etr same day
I’m still waiting for my refund via etr
If your going to use this company ensure the shipping is accurate and it sounds like others have experience not receiving the lithium battery when the bike arrives and they fail to inform you of this when you order

I was looking to purchase my first E-bike
I was looking to purchase my first e-bike for about one year and was very indecisive with respect to brands, features, rear hub vs mid-drive etc. I wanted a bike for general purpose that was a go anywhere and do anything type of bike to replace my 25 year old Giant mountain bike. I thought I narrowed my choice down to Aventon level 4 ADV with the new mid-drive motor or the Bulls Iconic Eco TR2 from my online reading and watching of reviews.
I dropped into EZbike in Richmond Hill and was warmly greeted by Melvin and introduced to Caelan (the store manager). Melvin attentively listened to my questions, concerns and general unfamiliarity around e-bikes and took the time to go over many of the differences in all this technology and brands. It was a welcomed eye-opening learning opportunity. I was introduced to the Aventon brand as well as a brand I had not come across - Moustache, which was outfitted with Bosch motors, batteries and Kiox controllers. I was given the opportunity to test ride the Moustache XRoad ES and was thoroughly impressed with the ride dynamics, comfort and power.
I was never pressured nor rushed by Melvin and Caelan. I left that day with much to consider and returned the following week after looking into the Moustache brand more thoroughly. I was keen to purchase the Xroad FS6 which Caelan sourced from their supplier and had available for me within a few weeks.
I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received from both Caelan and Melvin and I am thrilled with the functionality of the Xroad FS6 as well - no regrets! Caelan sourced a few add ons that I was interested in including the suspended rear rack which is still pending as it is coming from France!
I am very pleased with my purchase as well as the service and care provided by Melvin and Caelan. Customer support like this provides the reassurances one desires when making costly purchases which also involves one's safety. Highly recommend paying EZBike Richmond Hill a visit before making your purchase.

I had a flat tire and thought I would try to get it fixed at one of my local shops since I live about 1 1/2 hour away from EZBike. My local shops were not interested in fixing the tire. I called Caelen and he told me to bring the bike over on the same day. It was fixed within an hour! This was excellent service! Thank you to the whole team that took care of me. Really appreciate this. I highly recommend this store for your purchases. Thank you again.

They reached out by phone and recommended that I check out the Nami scooters, I am super greatful that they did as I ended up ordering the Nami Blast Max 2 and the ride is amazing, the design is so stable at high speeds it feels closer to a real vehicle than a scooter. The listed max speed is a huge understatement, it is incredibly fast.. Super happy with Nami and Ezbikes, thanks guys!!
