I gave them the model number of my dryer. They picked out the parts that were supposed to fit. They sent them to me. They did not fit. I tried to get a refund or exchange for the correct parts. They said no refund or exchanges. All sales are final. I am out $52.90. Please stay away from this company.

Overgoods scam. False advertising sending the wrong parts for your model appliance. Pulleys are wrong size, belts are not right. No returns on anything opened. Needs to be investigated by the attorney general.

Bought a new heating element for my Samsung. The box looks like it went through Beirut. I just replaced it,hoping for the best.

I ordered a strike / latch combination for my Electrolux washer / dryer. The product lasted two months and they would not replace. I do laundry once a week so, it's not opened and shut very often. Trash product. Trash company. Trash customer service. Buyer beware.

Absolutely worst return policy ever. Buyer beware. Ordered ice maker by model number. When it came it didn't fit. They sent me thier return policy and being that I opened the package to look at the item they will not refund my money. Never installed but completely the wrong part and now I'm out 80 bucs.

They show authentic parts and state OEM parts. This is why I bought from them. However what I received was the same cheap parts available on Amazon for less than half the cost; not what was pictured. After I complained they invited me to return it and pay a 25% restocking fee along with return shipping. Note there is no support number for this site; you can only communicate through a web page. Read their terms carefully. They state 100% satisfaction and I'm sure they were 100% satisfied. But I am not.

In fairness the shipping was fairly quick but not as fast as say, Amazon.

Ordered 3-part kit for Whirlpool dryer, using exact model number. When received, one part (thermal fuse) was completely the wrong shape, would never have fit. The other two parts (thermal cut-off, thermostat) did look okay. The problem with the dryer ended up being the element. Replaced element, but "while I was at it" I replaced the two sensors. Dryer worked for several cycles, then stopped heating up again. Upon re-opening dryer, the new thermal cut-off part failed (open circuit). Replaced "new" parts with the original ones and dryer has been working for weeks since. This company obviously sells worthless junk, offers no warranty, then implies it's "your fault." Order from them and your installation time will be wasted because you will have to re-order/re-install the same parts from a more reputable vendor.

They offered faster shipping for extra money of course. My part was supposed to be here Monday feb 22 and it’s now feb 25 and their hasn’t even been an update. I contacted them and they blamed USPS & Covid. They couldn’t even tell me where my package is. I would definitely recommend purchasing from another company!!

i ordered a specific model kit for my Maytag dryer. The belt provided was not the correct belt for my model number. i contacted company and they would not even try to correct the problem other than tell me i can send back unopened/unused kit at my expense. I even sent them information from their website which indicated that the wrong belt was in the kit and the correct belt that i needed for my specific unit which was printed on the kit i received.

I am not happy with this company! I order a part which I thought was the correct part only to find out it wasn't. They advertise "hassel free returns" and 100% guarantee but they will not accept my return even though I didn't even use the part because it was the wrong one. They won't accept it because it was taken out of the plastic it came in. This is obviously is not a "hassle free return" though it may be "hassle free" for them since since they won't take my return.

I ordered a part for my washing machine and paid extra for 2 to 4 day delivery. It’s been 6 days and still no part. I ordered the same part from Amazon and received it the next day. Don’t waste your time with this place, there name doesn’t match there service!

I paid for $10 for fast shipping witch states that I would receive my package in 2-4 days and here it is on day 10 and I still don’t have my package I’m beyond mad and I do not recommend buying from this company

Purchased a roller kit in October and one of the rollers went bad. Emailed them pictures of everything and was told there is no warranty. The part was only 60 days old. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Beware....scammers. This company will put in more effort to antagonize you rather than addressing or fixing the issue / complaint. FRAUD. Order $15 dryer part and paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Part is the size of a ping pong ball and weighs half as much (thermal fuse). 12 days later, no clue, no arrival, in transit.... no other part has been sent, no refund. Bought another one elsewhere and delivered in 3 days!

Ordered a roller and belt kit for my dryer and belt doesn’t fit...they told me it was the right one but it is too long and they are not interested in making it right.. avoid this company they lie

My order for my parts were placed and processed quickly. What is still an on going problem is I paid for expedite shipping that states you will get the product in 2 to 4 days and now we are on day 7. Epartsfast blames it on USPS but its on their website and they will not help with getting a credit. I will not order from this business again because of how the items were shipped and the long wait time. The 10 dollars I paid for shipping I could have saves and just used them at the laundry mat, which I am currently doing now.

Received lint filter for a whirlpool drier. It has the wrong dimensions. It is as if they didn't use a real item to copy from and used a photograph. It was 19 bucks which is a third the price of the OEM part but it was useless. 25 percent charge to take the product back and there are short time restrictions so I might loose my postage charge sending it back.

I ordered a replacement ice maker kit for my refrigerator and it came without the wiring harness it was supposed to come with. I emailed them and they are sending me the missing part. Delivery is fast and I am very pleased so far.

Do I have to give them one star? They deserve no stars. Terrible company. We ordered a dryer kit and it came labeled for our exact dryer model but it was the wrong kit. The return policy is horrible and even though they made the mistake we couldn't exchange or return it.
