I placed this order 6 days ago. Their website says shipping takes 5–10 days, which would have been fine, but the tracking made the whole experience ridiculous.

The package was originally showing that it was supposed to be delivered, then suddenly said it had been transferred to USPS. USPS had no record of actually receiving it. When I contacted Zero Foxtrot, I was then told it had only been mailed two days ago and was “in transit.” Based on the updated tracking, it appears the package effectively didn’t actually start moving until almost a week after I placed the order.

They’re shipping from Texas, and it’s now looking like it will take roughly 14 days total to reach me, despite their stated 5–10 day shipping window. I ordered from YoungLA the exact same day and that package already arrived.

The most frustrating part has been the conflicting tracking information and customer service responses. I’ve basically gotten variations of “sorry” and “thanks for your patience,” but no meaningful explanation for why the order sat for so long, why the tracking information was inaccurate, or any attempt to make up for the delay. As a veteran this company is trash.

This was an amazing company back when it was "VETERAN OWNED". Quality was top notch, deliveries were always quick. I spent money on the site monthly. Now that its bought out by money grabbers the quality has gone to crap and getting your order is like pulling teeth. Will never spend another dime on this company again. Unfortunately they sold out and now its ran, owned and operated by idiots.

My experience with Zero Foxtrot has been completely unacceptable. After a promotion/order was placed through their standard checkout, a data entry and address formatting error on their end caused USPS to automatically flag the package as “Return to Sender” before it ever arrived.

When I attempted to get assistance to resolve the shipping issue, customer support was entirely non-existent. Instead of helping correct their own logistics error, the company hid behind automated responses and eventually had someone claiming to be the CEO step in with hostile threats.

Rather than taking accountability for a fulfillment mistake, they accused me of "promotional abuse" and "fraud" for using an active promotion on their site, threatening to flag my information across Shopify's network if I pursued the matter further. It is clear that if a promotion does not go their way, or if their system allows an order they later regret, they will blame the customer, refuse support, and resort to intimidation tactics.

If you are considering ordering from Zero Foxtrot, be aware that there is zero accountability, no functional customer support, and a complete willingness to turn hostile when their own system fails. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere with a reputable merchant.

Ordered the “SIZE M” after reviewing the sizing chart.

When received over 2 weeks later, it came in a S/M and way too tight. Had I known this is what the sizing would’ve actually been, I would have selected large in hopes to receive a size of M/L then.

Contact customer service and was told to review the sizing chart and it would be reviewed otherwise. Over a month or more and I get no more responses from them!

Definitely will order from their competitor and see how they are!

The clothing is good, but the customer service is terrible. No phone number, no email responses, and their website chat is not real-time. Leave a message, and maybe a day later someone responds. It is just not an acceptable way to do business. Will not be purchasing any more items from them.

I ordered a jacket on the 10th of July for an event I was going to and it finally got shipped out the 20th and it is the 29th and no update on delivery and when it’s going to be expected.

Like many others here, my order simply has not been fulfilled or delivered. There is no customer service number. Only email with AI and zero follow up. Disappointed.

Another order this year; the items were shipped in a reasonable amount of time and were of great quality! Way to keep me ordering, ZF, with the shopping incentives! *****

Shipping takes forever and their AI system isn't even monitored by AI 😂 I got a response days later via email from my question. The camo patterns they use for shorts are cool but that's about it.

Ordered 16 items for a birthday present. Stuff is okay, imo. The 64oz. TAC Ruck Bottle showed up with the steel lip... rusted. Why can't we submit images? Not great. Probably won't buy again. Will be pursuing a refund in my own special way 👌

This company is a scam. They hype up stuff with no inventory and they are always out of stock of XL. They give rookie excuses. They are not a company. They are drop and ship. They carry nothing instock. Save your time. Batch drop hype gear. Hooah. 11B Out.

Great customer service. I overlooked an email during a return process and became frustrated, as I believed I was still waiting on confirmation a month or so after the exchange was initiated. ZF had sent me a gift credit shortly after processing, and it went to a different email inbox, so CHECK your emails thoroughly if you’re in this boat. Customer service was understanding and great about explaining what happened. Awesome products. Will be buying more.

Take money but never ship. Created a shipping label in dec2025 to ship my item finally got a refund end of January because they never shipped item. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Just shopped their sale and got some great deals. The Woobie Hoodie is awesome and I'm surprised by the quality of the rain shell.

Bought my husband a few things from here and the quality was way better than I expected for the price. He loved the hoodie and wants it in a another color, but it looks like a lot of items are currently out of stock. Hopefully they restock soon.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! i’ve been very patient as i know with the holidays places can be very busy. i put an order in on November 29 for Christmas gifts and received it december 15, i received the WRONG order and reached out to customer service which is basically non existent. it took a week for them to respond and they told me to issue a return. I did so. it took several weeks for my return to be approved. i finally was able to go return the wrong order that was sent to me on Jan 10th!!!!!! I then receive an email saying that my original order is now out of stock and received STORE CREDIT with less money than i originally spent on this order. I want my money back and don’t want store credit. I highly recommend spending your money with a company who cares about their customers. i don’t even want to leave one star as a rating for this company as it deserves zero stars!!!!!

Ordered two pair of shorts in a large, they sent us one pair in a medium. It took several weeks to get ahold of the company as they have no real customer service. After we finally got ahold of them they sent us an email letting us know that the product we originally ordered was out of stock and gave us store credit. They gave us much less store credit than the amount of money we actually spent. This company is without a doubt a scam, please do not order from them!

lol the reviews are all seem to be exactly the same, and i am here to add to it. I order a pair of shorts for my husband on November 28th. Given that companies are bombarded with orders during the holiday season, I give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after an automated email on more than one occasion asking for an update and not getting anything I am over it. This order has been sitting in the fulfillment queue since December 8th, it is now January 9th and there hasn't been any change. Over this crap.
