We have used the big names like ADT. We were unsure about using a company for security that was not a National name brand. Well, at the end of the day all we were really paying for was the sophisticated advertisement, there is absolutely nothing superior about their sales or their service. I rate EMS as Par excellent!!! Brandon gave us professional service, very knowledgable technician. No convoluted contract. In this case, smaller is better. We LOVE the price!
