My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working.
The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Brandon and his team did a great job setting up a CCTV system at our church. He wired two buildings for 18 total cameras and 2 DVRs in two days. Everything is working great. Brandon and his team are very professional and do a great job with everything from talking you through what you need, to planning out and estimating the system, to installing everything and teaching you how to use it.
