I bought a packet of vanilla creme protein powder as I run out of my usual brand, it was recommended by the seller at the supplement shop! And OMG it’s so unbearable how sweet it it’s! Whoever rate it 3 stars has no idea, and I love sweet… the taste would be so much better if it was way less sweet… the other think is, it has 3x more fat than my usual protein… so I really regret buying it without researching well first

I spoke with someone named Ainsley, and she was super helpful with an issue I had with a product. She was kind, helpful and prompt in her responses. Other than the issue I had with the product, it has been a great product. Did exactly what I hoped it would. I bought the creatinine HCL and the l glutamine and I look forward to trying more products from this brand.

Upset stomach
Just started using your Amino plus, so too early to rate benefits. My only gripe is that it upsets my stomach. Is this the EAA's, the additives or are some flavours better than others. Currently using the Grape.

The EAA’s or additives could be the cause, and some flavours may be gentler on the stomach than others. Grape has a stronger taste, so you might want to try a different flavour to see if that helps.

I would give a zero rating if possible. I purchased a variety pack of six for $30, with flavours in big photos advertised on the package, flavours I liked the sound of. In very tiny writing it says flavours may vary. Doesn’t say what those varied flavours were. I open the pack to find 2 flavours I was looking forward to trying missing, and two other flavours in its place. One of them Lime, which is not only a flavour I do not like in any other foods so fairly sure I wouldn’t like it as a protein flavour in my protein pancakes I’m making.
I write to the company with a complaint and get told sorry not compensating you. I respond with a further complaint and that I’m wanting just the Lime replaced they come back with a $15 voucher forcing me to buy more of their product to fix up a very POOR advertising/packaging issues.
I’ve yet to try the product but based on their very poor customer service, poor responses and what appears to be money and profit based responses to a $5 sachet has turned me off this product.
Don’t recommend this product to first time buyers, unless you’re prepared to waste your money.
Blah blah blah at your well scripted replies of nothingness. You forgot to mention you also cancelled the useless voucher in your response below. Just suck it up and admit failure on your end. “Ainslie” said the matter was closed in the last email and wouldn’t be responding further so please stop. This is my place to share my POOR experience with this company.

My first ever purchase was the vanilla creme flavoured protein powder, its quite sweet despite being on a scale of 3. However if this flavour tastes delicious I can't wait to try the others.

NMN scoop doesn’t work out
I just feel for the price that I’ve never been able to get 40 serves with that mini scoop. I measure completely and I only get about 30. That’s if there’s a scoop inside. It’s so expensive and I’m a single mum. I’d really like some advice here. The product I’m talking about is NMN

Swapped and never return
I recently swapped from another brand to Emrald Labs and I love the quality of the product. Already start feeling the diff results compared to the old products. Big fan of mango so mango crème is defo my go to! Can use it in my smoothies and cupcakes! All in all! Love it!

Salted caramel is way too sweet
Salted caramel is way too sweet. I can barely eat / drink - even when mixed in with oats. The sweetness almost makes me gag. I’ve had other salted caramel protein powders that have the right balance. This doesn’t. Unfortunately brought 2.2kg!!!

Disappointing taste and service
I wanted to try this brand to see what their unflavored whey protein was like. When I first tasted it, it had a sweet taste almost like sugar. I thought I had the wrong product! This was unlike any other WPI I have tasted before and was most unpleasant. I thought for sure it must have some sugar additive. So I wrote the company only to get mixed messages about other artificial sugar additive in other products. In the end, they explained that the sugary taste was from the lactose. When I mentioned that this was unlike any other product I had tasted and I was disappointed and would prefer a refund, they said no, so this product is not a satisfaction guaranteed product. They will not give you your money back if you don’t like it. So I am stuck with almost a kilo of this rubbish.I would find it hard to recommend this product when there are other better unflavored WPI‘s on the market such as NOW and Switch. This product is not recommended and neither is their service.

Thank you for trying our whey protein and for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I’m sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and understand your concerns about the taste.
Our unflavoured whey protein is indeed a blend of 80% whey protein concentrate (WPC) and 20% whey protein isolate (WPC). It is not a 100% WPI as you mentioned in your review. This blend naturally contains lactose, which can give a slightly sweet taste, even though we don’t add any sweeteners to the unflavoured version.
While we don’t offer refunds for opened products, we do have a 5 scoop guarantee, allowing customers to try and return products they’re not fully satisfied with for a flavour exchange. However, as you mentioned, you avoid artificial sweeteners, which are present in our flavoured options, limiting us from offering a flavour swap in this case.

Bought some test boosters from this company, same ingredients i have bought from other companies and this brand has done LITERALLY NOTHING. Normally when using Test boosters you notice the effects but with Emrald labs NOTHING.

Unable to provide details on an ingredient - allergen concern
Saw a product of interest, however had a question asking for specific information on a particular ingredient. The product ingredient lists "vegetable oil", but often vegetable oil is generic term used, rather then outlining the actual oil used so I asked for details on which actual oil types used. Emrald Labs was unable to provide any further information. Disappointing given sometimes the oil can contain an allergen which all manufacturers should be noted on their products.
In response to Emrald Labs reply to my review today - I am most disappointed as the actual original reply I received from Emrald Labs email was the complete opposite:
"Unfortunately, we do not have access to the exact details about the specific oil used, as this information is controlled by the manufacturer and is not something we have on hand. We understand how important this information may be for you, and we’re sorry we couldn’t offer a more precise answer"

Great quality products
Great quality, great tasting products and great customer service.
I bought the cookies and cream whey protein along with the creaming soda pre work out and both products are unreal. Love the taste of both products and I’m really happy with how I feel after taking both of them before or after my workouts.
Had a small problem with delivery but after a quick convocation everything was sorted out with ease.
