I purchased a product from Oxygen…
I purchased a product from Oxygen Nutrition believing it to be a health supplement. After receiving it, I discovered that maltodextrin is a major ingredient. This information was not clearly disclosed at the point of sale — the ingredient list was provided only as an image, which did not load on my browser. There was no accessible text-based ingredient list available before purchase.
Maltodextrin is a high–glycaemic carbohydrate that many people actively avoid for legitimate health reasons, including blood sugar management. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would not have ordered the product.
When I raised this issue, the company treated it as a “change of mind” and offered only store credit, rather than acknowledging the lack of accessible ingredient disclosure. They also did not meaningfully address why a product marketed for health relies so heavily on an ingredient that is widely criticised in nutritional and medical literature.
For a company selling health products, clear, accessible ingredient information should be a minimum standard, not something customers have to chase after delivery.
I would not purchase again and would caution others to carefully verify ingredient disclosures before ordering.

Regarding maltodextrin, it is a commonly used ingredient in many sports and performance supplements for specific functional reasons, such as absorption and texture. That said, we understand that some customers choose to avoid it for personal or health-related reasons, and clear disclosure is important in helping customers make informed decisions.
As the product itself was not faulty, the return was handled under our standard change-of-mind policy, which is why store credit was offered. However, we acknowledge your feedback around accessibility and will take it on board as we continue to improve our online experience.

Just got my Lipo Shred and ready to try it.
The stars at this stage is not indicative of its efficacy as I just received it.
The reason for the 3 stars and not 4 or 5 is because it took a long time to receive it.
However, the packaging is nice and each sachets with simple to follow instructions, so far makes it easy to use.

This store is continuing to sell Push Gummies despite this product being confirmed to have little to no creatine in them. Push Gummies aren’t even selling their own product anymore.
After trying to receive a refund for the scam gummies that do NOT do what is advertised (confirmed by Push Gummies themselves) the team at Oxygen merely offered a store credit to the value of 1 bag, when I had purchased 4 over the past few months (close to $200).
After much back and forth and little acknowledgement of my rights as a consumer, they told me to simply escalate the matter to the relevant governing authority.
A shame, because I enjoyed shopping at their business prior and had made purchases I was happy with - unfortunate they’ve let it sour by neglecting consumer rights.
Be warned. Do not purchase Push Gummies from them and be mindful of your rights as a consumer.

Having now purchased three or four times from the Oxygen Nutrition team, I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations every time with their outstanding customer service and broad range of products available, including the speed of delivery from the time I place the order, the careful packing of each shipment and the fact that all of the products I have ordered thus far have had a long use-by date, often well into 2027. I will not look to purchase my supplements anywhere else.

I've been a loyal customer for over two years, but after my latest experience, I’m done. I received an unsealed box with 5 bars missing—an unacceptable mistake for any business, let alone one that claims to be professional.
Instead of owning up and resolving the issue quickly, their response was to push the blame on me and ask for batch numbers—information they should already have from their own fulfillment records. Expecting customers to do their job for them is ridiculous.
If this is how they treat regular customers, imagine what first-timers go through. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be making sure others know exactly how they operate.
