I purchased a swimsuit from this company and unfortunately it was not a good fit for me. Ive been speaking to an agent for several days and the only benefit they would give me is 10% refund. How inappropriate. Im willing to return the item but I'm not paying shipping fee to China plus international fees. I was not informed I was buying out of the USA. I would like a full refund given as I know other customers have been refunded in full. Customer service is not the best.

I ordered 3 different styles and honestly they were all great. The leaf 🍃 one piece is so elegant. All of my friends loved it. I also ordered a tankini to exercise on the beach 🏖️ all were true to size. Size small. 121 pounds. 5’1”

I absolutely love my Emo Swimsuits! The quality is amazing, the material is comfortable, and they fit true to size. As a mom, I really appreciate that they offer great coverage while still being stylish and flattering. I felt confident wearing them all day, whether I was at the pool or the beach. The colors and designs are even prettier in person, and they held up perfectly after washing. I already can’t wait to order more—highly recommend to anyone looking for cute, comfortable, high-quality swimsuits!

I would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered 4 swimsuits and they do not fit. The size chart is not accurate at all. I emailed them to return and their response was “returning these items is not a good option for you” even though they advertise that returns are an option. DONT Waste Your money! Rotita has the same styles for same price and they accept returns/exchanges without any hassle.

I love all 3 swimsuits I got. They are very flattering great quality and affordable. Definitely purchasing again!

I have emailed 5 x to return two bathing suits which dont fit. No response. I wont be recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered 4 swimsuits and I wanted to return 3. It said they do refunds/returns but the don’t want to. They won’t issue me a return label. They offered a 10% refund and keep the suits.
Do not buy from them!

I ordered two bathing suits and neither one fit me. I have written three emails requesting a return address label and twice they stated returning the suit is not a good option for me. The second email. offered me 5% money return or I could buy something else for free and only pay $9.99 shipping. The last response I received stated that returns include shipping, taxes and customs fees. This is not noted in their return policy. They stated returns take a long time and are risky. I was offered a partial refund of 15%. My order # Ail14040. I want a refund!

I wish I had searched for reviews before buying this swimsuit. I would not have purchased it. Poor quality and poor fit. I was offered a refund of 5% of what I paid. I see here that some were offered 20%. On their website they use the word “scheme” in coming up with a solution to service your return. Here in the U.S. scheme refers to a secret or dishonest plan, which this is. It is not worth my time or effort to receive a $2 refund, but it is worth my time and effort to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

Great customer service, very responsive. Beautiful swim suits to pick from, the sizing in my personal opinion did run a bit small in 2 of the 3 I purchased. The quality is wonderful, very good coverage in the swim suits that did fit me! I would highly recommend and shop again!

Absolutely loved my swimsuits! All fit so well and looked exactly as they should! The quality is so good! 10/10 love!

It took a month to get and where not as pictured, the tie up is low and leaves a gap at top, I ordered
them June 24 th
I send email asking to return the quality is also very not as pictured

I ordered 3 bathing suits and absolutely love them. They are great quality and look just like the photos. The company was easy to work with and my suits arrived quickly.

I really enjoy the swimsuits from emo swim! They are comfortable, full coverage, & flattering! I can’t wait to wear them on my upcoming beach vacation!

Took a long time to get and the fabric is cheap. No support for your breasts. Wish I could return it.

I’m extremely happy with the swimsuits I received! The quality is great, the fit is great, and the styles are so cute. They are true to size. So my different styles and colors.

Their customer service is practically non existent. There isn’t a phone number to speak with someone, only a email. I’m trying to return a swimsuit and three emails later, still no return label or instructions for the return.

I would give this store a negative 5 star review if this were a choice. I would bet money most of the positive reviews are fake. Especially the ones who claim that customer service is great. Because that could not be further from the truth. I left another review a couple weeks ago in which I detailed my problem. The suit they sent is nothing like the one advertised. Completely different color completely different suit. Completely unwearable. They will not issue a refund. I have to send it back to them at my cost and then they may or may not get it. So they urge me to take a percentage refund and keep it which basically equals to about five or six dollars. They then replied to my bad review with the most ridiculous AI apologetic letter claiming they would do whatever it takes to make it right. Of course this never happened. Just beware when ordering from this company. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. 👎
