I really like everything I've read up on about Ember accounting - it sounds perfect for my new self-employment. Unfortunately the app.ember.co just won't load on any of my computers or devices and I can't find any contact details to ask how I'm supposed to use it

This software is nice and easy to use. Few bugs here and there as it's still quite new at this stage but it's infinitely more usable than Xero (my previous tool)

This time around I've been dealing with some issues (on my side ) and Sophie and the team have been nothing but supportive.
I could not recommend these people enough.
Interface also nice and straightforward and for what you don't understand they offer web videos .

Steve, Dan and the gang have been brilliant to deal with. They provided a small LLC with all the support I wanted and some I didn't know I needed! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I couldn't recommend them more!

I have been using Ember for several months now and can't recommend it highly enough. They assisted me in the process of incorporating my company (they did all the heavy lifting for this), and whenever I ask a question through the chat function, they are quick to give tailored answers. There is also a wealth of information readily available which I have found very helpful being new to the world of running a limited company. The software works very well (and is simple for those of us without an accountancy background) and they are actively developing to make it even better.

Always accommodating, knowledgeable and quick to respond. There prices and support package are the cheapest out there. Note the method of communication can take some time to get use to but this is why it is so affordable. Been using for 2 years now for R&D claim, tax return and advise. What an amazing mouthwatering experience we had at Embers. We joined friends for a birthday celebration, not knowing what to expect. We began with shrimp scampi, which came in a sauce that was so amazing, we kept it on the table for the duration of the meal. From that dish forward we experienced one amazing flavor after another. The Fish was just as delectable as the Filet. Sarah, our server, was impressively knowledgeable of all the dishes simply from her passion for the cultural food. YOU NEED to experience this place. Ask for Sarah, you will not be disappointed! We look forward to many return visits.
