Our sales engineers were glorified order-takers. Customers couldn't check availability or reorder without calling us, becouse the ERP pricing logic had no connection to anything a buyer could actually see online. Ecologic team build an adobe commerce B2B that pulled live pricing, stock visibility, and account specific permissions directly from the ERP. Now sales team recovering 20 hours a week and now selling instead of processing.

They were direct about what was actually urgent versus what could wait, which saved us from spending the first three months fixing things that didn`t matter. They connecting the PIM, search and payment layer into something that actually worked as a system rather than three separate tools pretending to tolk to each other. We have good results, search-led conversion up 45%, completed checkout orders up 30% and our winter collection launch ran without a single incident!

Normally

Normally, a platform launch meant expecting urgent fixes and support requests almost immediately. This time, nothing unusual happened, and that was the biggest surprise. I'll admit I wasn't convinced we needed such a large ecommerce project. Our store was generating sales, so I assumed we had more important priorities. What I failed to notice was how many small inefficiencies had become part of our daily routine. After working with ELOGIC, product updates became predictable, Shopify Plus performed far more consistently, and preparing new campaigns stopped feeling like a technical exercise. None of these changes seemed dramatic on their own, but together they made our business much easier to manage and gave the team more time to focus on customers instead of the platform.

For years

For years, repeat orders depended on phone calls and email because our Adobe Commerce B2B customer portal could not support the way we worked. Account-specific pricing, inventory visibility, and ERP data were never fully aligned. Honestly didn’t expect this level of improvement after the rebuild

I’m based in Switzerland and we were close to giving up on our online pharmacy before working with Elogic.
