Amazing quality cushions in such gorgeous colours! Quite pricey but in my opinion so worth it as they’re soooo comfy and it makes my living room look so lovely and always get compliments. Also, the customer service is 11/10 and I would recommend them to anyone and I do !! I just want to buy every pillow collection they do!

I ordered a cushion, which arrived after only 2 days! Beautifully made, excellent quality, both fabric and feather cushion. The rose colour is absolutely gorgeous too, perfect for my room. I hadn’t been aware of ellenvale previously but will definitely use again! Highly recommend.

The cushion covers look lovely but material quality is really poor. After a few months cushions are bobbly and really old looking. Wouldn’t consider buying again unless they change to quality, natural materials.

Such amazing customer service, I ordered my cushion covers but didn't leave enough time for when I needed them to arrive so I emailed and the lovely Liam emailed back to say he had posted them 48 hr delivery. They have arrived and I'm in LOVE! Will be getting a bolster pillow case next :) thanks so much!

I bought cushion covers and cushion inserts (these are items that are sold separately on their site) but I didn't love the colour of the covers in my space so I wanted to return them and keep the inserts so I could purchase covers elsewhere. They said I would have to return everything together and then repurchase the inserts. Mind you this means you have to pay for return shipping and then shipping for a new order as well. When I pointed out how this is a poor experience for the customer they said there was nothing they could do and eventually they just didnt respond to my email...

What a fantastic company. Amazing customer service and incredible quality cushions. They look absolutely brilliant and are very great quality. My parcel was unfortunately delivered damaged.. due to another parcel spilling on the delivery van, so after emailing ellenvale they resent the order out straight away and I received it the next day. Amazing customer service. And brilliant products. Thankyou very much

Very low quality products. Purchased two pillow cases (Aria, Hallie) which began showing heavy pilling and loss of structure after around six months of light sofa use. Customer service classified this as normal wear and tear and declined any resolution.
Very disappointed with the fabric quality, this level of deterioration is not normal after such a short time. Sharing for transparency so others can make an informed decision.

These cushion covers and inserts are top-notch. The cushions are cloud-soft, the patterns are charming, and no pilling in sight. Couldn’t be happier—definitely recommend!

I’ve ordered multiple times from Ellenvale interiors, their table linens are gorgeous too, customer service has also been great.

Couldn't be happy with my little order, cushions quality is perfect, and such good value with the cushion combinations. Delivery was super prompt so would happily recommend.

Extremely Poor Service – Order Never Received

I placed an order with Ellenvale Interiors which was never received. What has been even more disappointing than the missing order is the way their customer service team has handled the situation.

Instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, I was spoken to in an extremely condescending manner and even asked whether I had contacted the police about the missing order — an absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate suggestion. Emails are rarely responded to, nothing is actioned, and there has been no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.

I am really upset by this situation — I am out of pocket and I genuinely wanted the products I ordered. At this point, I am simply asking for a refund, which should have been processed already. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating it to Trading Standards.

Based on this experience, I will not order from here again.

I purchased 5 cushion covers. Timely delivery and arrival. Beautiful quality and look great on my sofa. Only thing that didn’t make my review 5 stars was that I returned 2 covers as the colour wasn’t what I’d expected from seeing the photos online. Other than that I’m really pleased with my purchases and would buy again.

Cushions are amazing, lovely quality, and exactly how they appear on the website. Would 100% recommend and will be buying more in the future
