Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. An email sends out a product priced at £124.99 but when adding to basket, it’s not that price at all, it’s £149.99. Store should of honoured the £124.99 price but wouldn’t entertain it, said it was a website error, surely that is their problem, not mine

We completely understand the slight mix up here due to the back in stock notification - which is where the error occurred - stating a median price between cover only, and with feathers inserts as there was no way to predict which one you were going to buy.
The price of the combinations never changed between when you signed up to the email and the price now.
As a gesture of good will a 10% off discount has been offered, and we again apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error.

Rude customer service & Extremely condescending . I made a purchase and my delivery was delivered to make damaged the box was damaged and cushions stained. I wasn’t even annoyed about the stained pillows but I was extremely shocked about the amount of money I spent on these cushions for it to be delivered in rubbish packaging with little tissue at the top, I was so excited for these that when they did come back in stock I didn’t hesitate I purchased immediately. The dumbest thing I probably did was not taking pictures of the stains due to being scared of the length of time it’s been out for delivery I was thinking le time wash it off quick because the longer I leave it the harder it will be to remove the stain because I honestly wanted them so badly. Sometimes it’s extremely hard to support small brands due to how disgustingly a person is treated. The person in the email I could tell they weren’t happy about my feedback and responded to me rudely. I washed my cushion covers happily because like I said it’s not all negative it is positive because I do love my cushions regardless of the bad experience I have experienced. I have worked for customer service and also big brands and they have failed to accommodate me. They should have atleast offered me some part refund due to the inconvenience caused. If you see the way the box was torn I was completely speechless. Left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s actually sad because I hate doing this but how they’re handled things today ain’t no way in their right minds do they think it’s been handled correctly. Anyways God bless you. I hope you become more understanding people and when nice people invest their hard earn money into your company I hope you learn to treat them with kindness and empathy. Because it seems like today my issues was the least of your problems and my concerns were dismissed.

As a small business we really value your order, and your feedback.
I have investigated the email thread and can see images of the stained items were requested in order to open an investigation/replacements being sent. As you weren't able to provide any images this wasn't able to be escalated.
We were glad to hear that the stains did come out of the cushions and therefore no items were damaged.
We will pass on the feedback about the state the box arrived in to our courier service as we can assure you it did not leave our warehouse in this state.

I became a hoarder after I lost my two…
I became a hoarder after I lost my two daughters in a car accident. My house was in a terrible mess full of stuff and rubbish. After 4 years of therapy, I managed to come out of it.
After 21 years of being a hoarder, have now started to redecorate my house. I ordered two cushions. They are beautiful. I was very very pleased with the purchase. They are beautifully made. The color and the material are very very nice. I definitely recommend this website. They are the best. By the way, this is my second purchase from this website.

Love these cushion covers - soft washed linen fabric, rustic stylish look and in my opinion, the frayed frill adds to the charm and design - very happy with my purchase
I wish the postage cost wasn't so high, I would be fuelling my 'cushion cover addiction ' on a more regular basis from Ellenvale interiors. Dropped a star due to postage costs not due to cushion cover quality
