delivery service people were so lovely and helpful, as were customer service when there was an issue with the fridge (which is why 4 stars instead of 5) - a shelf had got jammed and it was stuck shut for a couple of days. but would highly recommend elekdirect! nice to get something good quality second hand

Very good service from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, communication was clear, and delivery was quick and reliable. Everything arrived as expected. Very pleased with the overall experience and would happily use them again.

I ordered two items, and unfortunately, both arrived damaged, with one also having oil leaking which I found very concerning and potentially dangerous.
I contacted them, but their responses were slow. I asked them to arrange collection because I did not want to keep faulty and potentially unsafe items. However, they initially said they could issue a refund without requiring me to return the items, which I rejected because I wanted the faulty items collected.
I then had to call them to sort everything out, but I still haven’t received any confirmation of the collection.
When a problem occurs, I feel their support is insufficient and the whole process is very confusing and disorganised. It certainly hasn’t been hassle-free. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I received a faulty product (which happens) and I contacted the customer service team straight away and to be fair I can not fault them one bit. Every email I sent was replied to more or less instantly, we came to a resolution that I was more than happy with, and everything was seamless from the beginning to end. I would 100% use them again for anything I needed for the house!

I ordered a fridge freezer and a washing machine, and saved several hundred pounds in the process. The washing machine has scratches to the sides, which cannot be seen now that it is installed between two cupboards. The fridge was not in its original packaging, but in perfect condition.
Delivery was prompt, polite and efficient.
I absolutely recommend ElekDirect for top quality bargains.

Great product and service but the delivery team failed to connect up all of the connections after having to remove the doors of my fridge freezer to get it into the house so no cold water or ice from the dispenser. They were recalled but still failed to sort.
After a lot of time wasting and frustration I took it to look at the connections myself removed the hinge cover found a loose connection and fixed it. Job done easy fix why they couldn’t sort it out only him above knows.
But great product and price and great customer service from the Elek team

Really good experience, all staff really helpful and the delivery drivers were especially respectful and friendly when they delivered our fridge.

Bought a Beko HarvestFresh™ ASP342VPS from them and a hisense 3s washing machine. Had a few marks honestly the pictures looked worse than in reality.
Got it for a cheap price..just installed the fridge a couple days ago. Seems to work as intended for now.
Delivery guys were very helpful considering it was a bit of a challenge to get it inside.

10/10 Will probably end up buying a dishwasher and tumble drier off of them as well soon.

Great service great product at a great price, have used this company twice now both of my TVs are great.

Bought a freezer. Great value. There are a couple of barely visible dents which was the reason for it being in seconds/discounted. As stated, they got in touch to arrange delivery with me when I wanted. Delivery was smooth with the guys taking the freezer through to the shed in the back garden for us.
Instructions were easy enough to follow. It needed a quick clean inside and then was up and running at temperature by the next day. No complaints.

Item as described and shown in photos. Very good service delivered and recycled old item. Good value as the superficial mark covered by fridge magnet so overall look isn't affected excellent value for money.

This is my 3 rd time of using this service. Ordering is easy, detailed pics highlight any faults so you know exactly what you are ordering if you are ordering on line. Delivery date was confirmed the week of delivery and a 2hour time confirmed on delivery day. Delivery was as specified the 2 man crew were quick careful and professional.

Bought three items recently. A TV and two pcs (laptop and macbook). All three were exactly as shown with no marks just "blemished" packaging. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them.
