The two guys who delivered my 70/30 fridge freezer were really good, for a start the item was too talk to get into my house ( silly me not measuring first) but their knowledge was amazing and yes they did it , it was hot so was happy to give them a tip for a drink 🥃 so yes very happy.

Bought an integrated fridge freezer at a great price. The technician who installed it couldn't even find cosmetic damage, it was perfect. Delivery was smooth with numerous slots/days to choose from.

My fridge freezer came in one time , product is working perfect

Very helpful and professional I used ElekDirect a few times never had a problem.

Great service from start to finish, very easy, fast and convenient.

Elek is always 1st point of call when I need a new appliance and they have never failed me

I have ordered from Elekdirect many times and was always satisfied with the price, the equipment, and the delivery; however, this time I was treated like trash by the delivery man. He was rude from the very start and his answer to everything was that it couldn't be done. I ordered an AFF—this was the third time ordering the same model and dimensions; the old one was destroyed in a kitchen fire. The kitchen has since been rebuilt and expanded, and the doors replaced with new ones that open both ways—a huge convenience. Previous delivery teams managed to install the same AFF model in just a few minutes, but this time I was refused immediately. The man told me I wasn't an "AO customer" and that I had to carry the old model out of the house myself—even though I live in a house where the kitchen is on the ground floor with just three steps, and I had paid for the old appliance to be hauled away! He claimed there was no room, but when I said I would report the issue, he grudgingly took the old fridge—yet left the new one on the driveway next to the house! My husband—who stepped out of work for 30 minutes—and I carried the new AFF inside ourselves. My husband is recovering from an accident and had a broken foot, making it hard for him to lift heavy objects, and I am recovering from shoulder rehabilitation; yet, we managed to get the AFF into the house in 15 minutes. The delivery man's behavior was shocking.

Excellent communication and the customer service representative in particular really helped on this order.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I saved £80 on a tumble dryer buying from Elekdirect. It was supposed to have various scratches/marks hence the reduction but I honestly couldn’t see anything significant. Free delivery also…no complaints here!

Purchases a Fridgefreezer through the website, everything was easy and went through smoothly. Appliance was delivered a few days later by helpful delivery crew. Very happy with the appliance and the service.

Great price a fast delivery. Would buy again.

Excellent service. Bought through the outlet a cooker with some damage on LHS, all exactly as stated, no problem there, delivered within a couple of days.

Used this company a few times. The service you get is always good. All the delivery guys have been really informative and give you a run down of what to do if you are installing things yourself. The company keep you well informed of your packages and lets you pick a delivery day that suits you. All packages are handled with care. Amazing deals on the website, some items will have scuffs on the backs or tiny dents that you can’t see when installed. Such a money saver. I highly recommend this site to anyone, especially if you love a bargain.

Excellent freezer at very good price.good communication and quick delivery

First time using ElekDirect. I was looking for a fridge freezer for our utility room. I ordered a Bosch with a dent on the door as it won’t be seen. It was £100 less than the price anywhere else. The website photos were really clear. I took a chance that the damage was as the photos. To be honest, the dent can hardly be seen and we’re delighted with it. Great service , delivery and recycling at a reasonable price.

Quick delivery. Kept me informed of time. . Delivery drivers very good and respectful of home. So good take old one replace with new all unpacked outside so no mess in house. Fridge freezer very good quit only down side someone stuck tape on door which left stickiness and marked.

Easy online purchase, a very good price, and very fast delivery. The washing machine offers a variety of options to choose from. The only downside is that the door is a bit harder to open than on my previous machine. I am happy with the purchase.

Bought a Hoover Free frost fridge freezer. Absolutely perfect and a lot cheaper, no dents no scratches.
