Very poor costumer service. I bought two NowTV movie passes from this company in December 2017 on Amazon. These passes are supposed to be valid for a year after purchase. 7 months after purchasing the passes, I attempted to apply both codes on my account, however these had both expired. I then contacted Electronic Empire to enquire as to why this was. They stated that it was because I had not used them in a reasonable amount of time; I must have forgotten that 1 year is 7 months!! After proving that they last a year they then tried to say it wouldn't apply because I had already used the code, no idea how they came to that conclusion. Will not be using this company again. Wouldn't have given any stars if that was possible.

Shocking service never in my life have I come across such rude customer service. Taking action with my bank to claim my money back no goods but took payment fraudulent company will be contacting trading standards

Absolutely disgusting company. I Have had to cancel my credit cards and block them from future transactions via my bank. Rude and arrogant are an understatement for the customer services. Would advise anyone to steer clear of this company (also trading as premier AV )

Bought a couple of items on the website and both were the cheapest price I could find in the UK. I was a little sceptical and the next day delivery didn't materialise (I didn't expect it though). When I called to chase I had very polite service and was told it would be delivered following day. I then got a courtesy call to say it would be delivered between 7:30 and 8:30 am. It was delivered at 8:15am. I've got a great product at a great price from a local business (not Amazon!) and I will happily use them again.

Terrible company to deal with. Slow on delivery and poor customer service. Needed to contact them for warranty work when fault occurred after a couple of months but when tried to contact them via email addresses supplied - all attempts failed and only had back "message undeliverable" replies. Tried using webform instead; submitted form of complaint and explanation of problem and received an acknowledgement that form received but then nil response. Have now given up as have arranged own solution which is probably what they wanted and how they work. Would never use again or recommend.

Ordered on Friday, TV arrived on Saturday. Admittedly they only deliver once per week in Scotland, but I was happy!

Ordered yesterday. Within an hour had a phone call to say our microwave would be here tomorrow between 12.o'clock and 2 o'clock. Just on 2 o'clock it arrived in perfect condition.

We also saved £40 on any other store we could find the same model.

Ordered Next Day. Didnt arrive. Chased company and was advised it will be another 4-5 days. They mentioned that i chose a standard service. I sent them screenshot of their delivery info page which mentions nothing other than next day. Checkout process gives no shipping options.
No explanation give. Very basic, unprofessional responses.

Bad Customer Service, out of date information on website, and badly run.

Absolutely amazing service.
Ordered my brand new tv online at 200 pounds less than everywhere else.
Was delivered free of charge a few days later in perfect working condition. I wish everywhere did business like This!

I have been dealing with this company for a number of years, and have purchased numerous various products over the years..
Price is always the BEST and service cannot be faulted..!!

Received order confirmation and waited. Heard nothing more until I phoned a few days later. Was told Tv was being delivered the next day. Of course, it didn't arrive. Phoned again and this time was told my order was cancelled. Pathetic customer service!

The product received was damaged and they refused to accept a return or exchange the item. They were extremely rude and took an extremely long time to come back and refuse to refund. Would never use again. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to endure.

Ordered expecting next day delivery but it took 11 days one email not replied to and three phone calls before microwave delivered.
The item is what I wanted at a good price.
I received phone call on delivery day advising estimated time of arrival it's just a pity rest of experience not of that standard. The item was unpacked on delivery and condition verified.
I might use again but not for anything needed in a hurry !

I have seen a tv on there website quoting an instore price that is £30 cheaper than their online price. They claim free delivery, but I think this just pays for delivery. I emailed them about this, no reply, so I called them to explain. They said that in store products had ' incentives ', hence the reduced price. What do you think??????

I bought a Dyson V6. Before I purchase it I googled the product, Electronic Empire came up as the cheapest so I purchase it.

I know cheapest is not always best. However I love my Dyson. Electronic Empire Service was fast swift and professional.

I ordered a TV and got an answer stating I'd receive it last WE. Since the order was made, I received 2 emails on the same day and then...total silence. Worse, when I connected to my account on their website, it stated "no orders made". I started feeling blank like I was victim of a scam.

I did not sleep last night and phoned to check and enquire about the delivery. I spoke to someone rather abrupt who said that they decided to cancel my order just because "I made comments on the order about scratches and listed expected items in the box". Because they could not check the TV or it would potentially have scratches as an ex-display and also because some item may be missing in the box (2nd remote), they decided WITHOUT consulting me to cancel the order...

They may have good products, I will never know as I put them on my black list now, they arte however quite poor in customer service.

Good luck to whoever buys from them.

I was a little hesitant before placing my order for a £2k+ TV with Electronic Empire as I had read the small number of 1 Star reviews on Trust Pilot. However, since I was buying via Amazon Marketplace I felt it was worth the risk.

I contacted them via Amazon prior to purchase and they confirmed that the TV would be new and sealed in box, so I pressed the button!

Happily they were true to their word and I am now in possession of a stunning LG OLED55E6V for £150 less than the next best price on the 'net. The TV was indeed brand new and had a manufacture date of Dec 2016, so it wasn't dusty old stock from the back of the warehouse.

I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Electronic Empire again.

Bought a Dyson ex display Hoover advertised as "as new". Was slightly worried after finding a couple of negative reviews however Hoover is great and doesn't look used. In original box with instructions and half the price of Argos. Will be checking this website when I need a new TV.
