I’d there was a possibility of Zero stars, it would be my rating!
I ordered the washing mashine and the fridge on the 1st of Feb, hoping they will deliver my items in 1-2 working days ( as it was mentioned ). After 10 days they are telling me that my delivery will come only on the 15th because I ordered a bigger size appliances with the installation. So they basically are asking me to wait 15 days because the installation company has no availability till the 15th same as the delivery company that delivers their big orders to the customers.
It is a joke and will never recommend this crap service.

Placed an order on a Wednesday 10th January 2024 for two 11" Xiaomi tablets. They were delivered on Friday morning 12th Jauary 2024 to Dublin - that's an excellent service by any means. Delighted with the tablets, gret quality and very good value. The little bar of chocolate was a nice touch too!

I bought a 65inch LG TV for 900 euro on 6 January 2024 I was assured that all the apps worked by the sales person which they did on the display model .however when I got the one home that I was given in the box .some of the apps didn't work they were on the TV but wouldn't work when I complaned the supervisor told me there nothing he could do ofcorse the sales man that sold me the TV wasn't AVAILABLE. I was told because the apps was not on the chip inside the TV . Seems OK, but ElectroCity made it very hard to contact them with a complaint.

I bought a washer/dryer from Electrocity and the first time I used it a burning smell came from it . It doesn't dry the clothes and the door opens sometimes . An engineer called out and he was 2 hours trying to fix it bits of the machine all over the floor not want you'd expect from a new machine. I call to demand my money back but a woman called Mary screamed at me on the phone saying "you're not getting your money back " to say she was rude is an understatement she has no manner to deal with the public. I'm out of pocket now with no washing machine or dryer AVOID THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCAM YOU
