Very bad

I made a purchase online, the website says they do delivery in 2 to 5 working days.. well 3 days after I purchase something from Portugal and Greece , guess what a week has passed and all my stuff from Portugal and Greece arrived in Dublin very quick, but electrocity , still not delivered my stuff .. very disappointed

For context, your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend and dispatched within 4 working days, as per our delivery policy. Once it left us, it was booked for next-day delivery, but it looks like there's been a routing issue on the courier's end that has caused the delay, which is outside our control.

Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with. Fast delivery, top-tier customer service, and I love all the little extras they add in. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the whole experience from start to finish is excellent. I wouldn’t go past Electrocity and would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to leave a review for Mairéad and thank her sincerely for all of her help throughout this process.

Unfortunately I had repeated issues with two robot vacuum units, which was extremely frustrating, however Mairéad was outstanding from start to finish. She was professional, understanding, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage. She kept in contact, explained everything clearly and worked hard to find a fair solution for me.

Customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays and it made a huge difference dealing with someone who actually cared about resolving the issue properly.

Even though the product situation was disappointing, the support I received from Mairéad was excellent and deserves recognition.

A real credit to ElectroCity.

No way to cancel order online

No way to cancel order online, if you can order online you should be able to cancel your order online. I instantly sent an email and still nothing just a generic a ticket has been created email.

I emailed Friday and was calling Saturday also with no answer .
My order was placed on Friday not Monday. I have an email showing this. 8 was unable to reach any store, I did call the Carlow store multiple times with no answer so I'm not sure how they passed on a message

We bought a fridge freezer at a great…

I bought a fridge freezer at a grand price..... however they gave the item to be brought by courier by caulfield Ltd transport all I can say is they are inapt to be dealing with a disgrace to be dealing with... my partner has cancer and was on his own after waiting over a week for a fridge freezer to arrive over caulfields office jumble no blame on ciara in the office in cork.. over paper work worth Dublin... and he'd had to physically help the delivery man he paid cause of his complaining and moaning to bring in the fridge cause he said it was to difficult and he was on his own and unable he also also had to help him remove the old fridge I'm absolutely raging at this poor paid for service his attitude the delivery man's was appalling an absolute disgrace my partner is fighting cancer and does not need this hassle because caulfield ltd fluffed an order and could not care less the fridge took over a week an essential item in our case and they only txt him on Wednesday night I work and people belong to him work my partner I mean... and they could not be there to help I'm so disappointed. I write this in vain that I'll get some notice by the companies involved. I won't be surprised if he is in hospital before today is out over incompetent attitudes by electro city happy to take the money and dump on inefficient delivery companies like caulfield tld transport.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your partner's health situation and that the delivery experience added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.

We take all feedback about our delivery partners seriously, and we'll be forwarding your comments about the driver's attitude and behaviour to Caulfield Transport's management team immediately. The service you described falls well below the standard we expect and it's simply not acceptable for a customer, especially someone dealing with health challenges, to have had to physically help with the delivery they paid for.

Regarding the timeline, your fridge freezer was delivered within the timeframe listed online and in your confirmation email, which is standard for large appliances. However, we understand that when you need an essential item like a fridge freezer, every day feels long.

We do want to mention that our delivery email specifically asks customers to let us know about stairs or access issues, as this information helps couriers come properly prepared. We had no note on your order about stairs, which may have contributed to the difficulties on the day. That said, this doesn't excuse the driver's poor attitude or behaviour.

Very Helpful Staff in Waterford Store

Bought a telly online came with an issue so I went to return it and even though I had bought online they had no problem with me returning the product in store. All the staff were very helpful and there was no rigmaroll about the exchange of the item. Would definitely buy again from electro city and I could recommend The store in Waterford 10 times out of 10. And the member of staff I dealt with by email was brilliant also.
