We do apologies about the issues encountered. We book all items in for next day delivery with our courier. However given the millions of parcels they are dealing with from time to time there are unfortunately some delays and issues.

Bought for my son for Christmas
Bought for my son for Christmas. I have no idea about scooters but the team talked me through the options and helped me make the best choice for him. Absolutely made his Christmas lol. Never made me feel like I was a problem even after 5 phones calls. Thanks guys.

Very poor costumer service, no email about order shipped and etc.. just got confirmation from delivery company which told me about what day ill get it..... few days just wondering did they posted and received my order.. Scoter it self and price really good 100% costumer service 0%.

Good afternoon,
All orders made receive an automated confirmation email from us when the order is made. A further email is sent when the product is dispatched.
We have checked our system which shows your confirmation email was sent at 10:54am on 15th January 2022.
Your payment was made via PayPal who will also send out an automated confirmation email.
The courier will also send out emails to confirm delivery.
Please note confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam/junk so it is always worth checking there.
