Everything about my experience was great. The e-scooter we bought from Electra-Zoom was priced lower than on every other site. Wonderful Company!
I had originally bought a Xiaomi 1S last year, when I took it out of the attic after the holidays, the battery had melted through the bottom. Wrote to Electra-Zoom via Messenger and they quickly responded and asked to send in the scooter to them. They told me they would offer me a Xiaomi Pro 2 (which is £200 more than what I originally paid) for no extra charge! Delivery was quick and it arrived 2 days after dispatch. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

We bought a ex demo hover board and it arrived nearly perfect. The description didn't do it justice.
Boxed with all instructions, charger and included a warranty.
Postage was super quick next day with APC delivery slot texted promptly and arrived within said time.
Overall happy with purchase and would use in the near future.

We do apologies about any delivery issues. We can see your package was dispatched on the Monday 25th. The courier did attempt to deliver on the 27th at 11am & then the 29th 1:30pm. On both occasions the premises was closed / nobody there.
The package is currently at your local depot. We can re arrange a delivery on a date in which someone will be at the premises, or your can collected from the depot if preferred.
