Absolutely brilliant customer service from Sarah. Sauna blanket arrived the other day however issue with the storage bag zips not working. Sarah very quickly sorted this and another is on the way.
Just started to use the blanket and have to say, I am really happy with the quality of the product. Too early to say how effective it will be but definately positive so far and very pleased with purchase.
In addition, great communciation from the outset when order was placed.

Can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service. Had a couple of issues/questions and Sarah responded quickly and provided helpful info regarding the blanket operations. I love the sauna blanket. Very relaxing and great quality.

Initially, we were disappointed with our purchase. Zero decent instructions and the insert blankets are not made of a natural fibres. We did not know what we were doing with the blanket so felt we had wasted our money. I contacted Elaris and their customer service was exemplary. Sarah took up the responses to my emails and that consistency was very much appreciated. Sarah explained everything, apologised for the poor instructions - she said they would feed this back - and offered a refund on the blankets as we brought 2 extra ones and they remained unopened. We have since received our refund and are satisfied. Once it was fully explained that the blanket needs to heat up before use, you need to stay in it for at least 45 minutes and sweating is not always necessary and its more about the type of heat that the blanket emits we then viewed things from a very different perspective. We are now very happy and enjoy the blanket as much as we can. I would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the quality and functionality of my pemf therapy mat. The only problem was that after 4 months the temperature controller started coming apart. Sarah worked hard to resolve this issue and now I am getting a new temperature controller.

Provided great pain relief and already have friends trying it out with similar results! Customer service has been fantastic as well!

I had always wanted a PEMF mat and decided on going with Elaris to try one out as the price was the best and the reviews had high ratings. I love my mat and can't stop using it because it feels so good. Chronic pain has eased and its really relaxing. The warmth of the infrared penetrates deeply into the body and feels so good! One of the buttons on the controller was sticky and they sent me a new controller that works perfectly, so I'm happy about that too!

I had a bit of trouble with delivery and Sarah at Elaris was on it immediately to oversee that I received my mat. Then I had trouble getting it to work right and again she send me a video and personally text helping me with trouble shooting. The customer service went above and beyond to help me. It won my trust in ordering from them again. I feel safe in saying “they shine above all other companies “!

Sarah from Elaris is amazing! Customer service is excellent- she followed up from the moment I ordered red light mat and PEMF mat until I received then. Both arrived safely and on time. Products are very good quality. I’ve been using both, in such a sort time I’ve noticed my joint pain is feeling better and I feel more relaxed. Love them both! Thank you Elaris for your great service and products.

Just started using it, the customer service is excellent!! Any questions etc., they get right back to you. Helped me set up my therapy programs.

I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed the support team. I received a reply within a few hours from Sarah. She was brilliant, and advised she will try and cancel for me. She kept in touch with me, and managed to get it cancelled. It was all a seamless process.

Box had a deep hole in it on arrival.
PEMF Mat doesn’t work.
Elaris Customer Service useless especially Sarah.
No phone number to contact them.
The return links she sends don’t work.
Have been charged twice.
Reported to PayPal as ongoing and unresolved.
There are better companies who do value their customers than this one who are absolutely useless and their PEMF mats.
Update: Money was returned - eventually in stages but doesn’t alter the fact that the customer service and in particular the consistent delays are unacceptable.
Not having a UK phone number makes this company extremely difficult to contact which exacerbated the problem.

I read all the reviews and like everyone else, I am very satisfied with Elaris. The panel I bought was better than I thought. I'm very pleased with my product, the delivery was great and of course Sarah, like everyone said, was so kind and quick to answer a question I had. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends!

Really enjoying the Elaris sauna blanket. I’ve used it several times now and it’s so easy to work into my routine. Love the blanket is easy to store and Elaris’ customer service is outstanding! Really happy with my decision to choose the Elaris sauna blanket over other options.

The customer service has been amazing and to make sure everything was working properly I turned it on and the blanket heated up quickly. I can’t wait to actually get it my blanket and use the insert along with it. Once I feel a little better, I’m going to get in it and sweat! I look forward to regularly detoxing in my blanket and helping me reach my weight loss goals.

The infrared heat mat is very well made. Controls are easy to use. A carry bag is supplied making it easy to store and travel with.
The Elaris support staff are excellant, ensuring I received the product in good order and supplying information about the delivery times.
This is a super product, I highly recommend.

I love it. Easy to set up and get in and to zip yourself in too. The controls are easy to adjust etc. Very comfy using on top of my bed. It's nice being inside and really warms up and gives you that sweat. I use it with comfy light gym clothes and socks. Simple to clean after. Easy to fold away. Fold in half long ways and fold in 3 sections which then perfectly goes in bag. Customer service was excellent as I had a few questions and replied immediately with help and politeness 5 star to Sarah many thanks you were brilliant:)

I suffer from fibromyalgia and after just using this blanket twice, my pain has lessened.
Only minor thing is that I cannot zip it up at my neck, as to hard to get to.
Hoping for many days of pain relief

My mat arrived but the tester did not arrive. I was concerned if the mat was working and reached out to Elaris. Sarah with body support team reached out to me immediately. She assured me my mat was working based on what I should be looking for. I told Sarah my health situation and she immediately reached out to support to send me a tester to give me peace of mind. I use the mat x2 a day. First thing in AM and in evening. I have found it relieves my bone pain and muscle pain. It is very relaxing and best investment made

Everything about my experience with Elaris body has been incredible. I am so satisfied with my red light panel I can’t even explain. But most importantly their customer service is truly one of a kind. service as incredible as theirs does not exist anymore. I cannot recommend this product and company enough!
