Poor customer care
Reached out multiple times to EL AL customer service regarding a very uncomfortable night flight where my seat was defective and could not recline at all.
This came on top of my original EL AL flight being cancelled, forcing me to purchase an additional ticket and spend extra travel time just to reach the new departure city.
Unfortunately, EL AL showed no empathy, took no responsibility, and refused any form of compensation or goodwill gesture.
It’s disappointing to see a company miss such a basic opportunity to demonstrate customer care and build long-term trust and loyalty
