Ordered skis and bindings to PT. Came within 3 days by DHL with regular text upfdates. Was by far the cheapest on offer and worked well

Ordered touring skis with bindings (+mounting) and skins for skis. Ordered everything from slovenia on black friday and everything arrived on next thursday (6 days). I even ordered wrong width of skins so they changed the width on their own and cut them to match my skis. I never write reviews but considering everything was fast and fine and all the negativity ekosport gets, decided to share my experience. But i didnt have to deal with customer support, so i dont know how that would go... Anyway, everything as ordered and promised

Comprei uns Hoka Speedgoat 5, tamanho 43 1/3, e com a entrega da encomenda correu tudo normal (encomenda n.º PT00000184). Apesar de o número e outras características do produto serem exatamente iguais a outros que já tinha, na parte superior do pé os ténis são muito mais apertados, o que é estranho. Pretendia trocar por outros, mas essa possibilidade não existe, apenas há opção de devolução com custo de 9€ pela transportadora ou à nossa responsabilidade via correio. No site não existem contactos de telefone ou email para que possamos interagir com a loja e tentar esclarecer os problemas. Como serviço pós-venda apenas existe a possibilidade de envio de mensagens através do site, sendo que ao enviarmos mensagem, no final informa que foi enviada, mas não recebemos qualquer comprovativo do seu envio, nem na conta, nem no email.
Procedi ao pedido de devolução, no site, de acordo com os passos indicados, no dia 05/11/2023, e no final fiquei de receber uma etiqueta de devolução para colocar na encomenda para que a pudesse entregar na DPD. Essa etiqueta até hoje (dia 24/11/2023) nunca chegou. Tentei efetuar novamente, mas como já havia efetuado não há possibilidade de o repetir. Ao fim de dois dias, julgo, surge a indicação no pedido de devolução de "cancelado", sem que tenha recebido qualquer informação. Desde aí não é possível alterar o pedido de devolução sem nunca ter recebido a referida etiqueta para que possa devolver. Enviei mensagens através da tal caixa de mensagens disponível no site e às primeira três não obtive resposta. Enviei mensagens pelo facebook da empresa e pelo endereço de email (info@ekosport. pt) que encontrei no facebook, e só ai me responderam. Dizem que se trata de um problema informático que estão a resolver. Já insisti mais três vezes e voltam a referir que se trata desse problema em resolução e até hoje nada feito. Péssimo serviço pós venda, não recomendo. Não dão a possibilidade de tentar esclarecer um problema e claramente não têm intenção de os resolver. Não recomendo.

Ordered (PT00000344) from Ekosport on 06.11.2023. The order status become "Completed" and i didn´t get anything.

I am starting to think that i just got robbed!
Ordered some things (PT00000042) from Ekosport on 14.10.2023, it was suposed to be delivered in 4/5 working days.
The order status after one or two days, become "Completed" and i didn´t get anything ... I've contacted them, more than 4 times, and they just ignored me.
And that's it ... avoid this company at any cost!

All good. Jacket was packed well. Delivery took 5 working days.

Only missing thing was - tracking number. I just got message from DPD (not from the shop), when item arrived to my city.

The price of the jacket was wonderful. Delivery price could have been better.

ordered some skis that weren’t available in the US. i was very hesitant on ordering them but pulled the trigger. i got them within 9 days and was very satisfied. the only weird thing is that i never got a shipping notice but other than that it was perfectly fine.

The products were exactly what I ordered and it showed up quickly. I think post the order, there could be more comms (shipped, ETA, etc). But generally, good experience. Good prices

So far the best price/quality I have ever seen. Especially if you buy end/off season. 100% recommend these guys!

They send my order with defect. I will never buy on this online shop or recomend this shop for anyone. They are disrespectfull with their clients.

Purchased a new volcom jacket, unfortunately they didn't have the pants in stock and couldn't get them otherwise everything was fine. Ordered on Sunday 8th, item was shipped on the 9th arrived in Denmark Monday the 16th.

I ordered a pair of skis with bindings but noticed after the shipment that I forgot breaks for the bindings. Entirely my fault, because in the product title, it was clearly stated that it was W/O breaks. When I received them, some friendly and service-minded employee did mount the breaks, free of charge, anyway. Outstanding service.

Besides that, fast shipment, great prices and nothing to complain about. Perfect!

I have ordered Hoka one one anacapa low gore-tex black/black 21 shoes and received two shoes for the same feet and if that was not enough they were in different sizes (38 and 42). I contacted their after sales support and guess what? They did not bothered to respond to my claim. This poor customer support is unacceptable! Avoid this SCAM at any cost.

was ordered ski and ski bag, all goods delivered in different days, but all goods condition is super!

I ordered ski boots for my wife from ekosport.eu. Since it is the middle of the season, shop supplies are very limited where we live and this was the only option for the model we wanted and her size. After ordering, I went on trustpilot to see the only negative reviews. Contrary to what was expected, everything went smooth: they sent the boots on the next working day. Since they dispatch them from France and we are in Bulgaria, it took exactly one week for them to arrive, but I can't blame ekosport for that. Everything else is as expected.

I placed an order 11 days ago which I have already paid for and I have gotten no further information other than a simple email confirming the order. It was supposed to have been delivered by Monday. Today is Friday and I don’t even have a tracking number. please contact me ASAP

I just received the Mojito Trail-Lake Blue shoes, and I notice that one of the laces is defective, it is frayed.
I ask Ekosport customer service a solution... send me some new laces, or return the product? So far I have not received an answer. This is a shame, for the seller and for the Scarpa brand.

I ordered the QUIKSILVER FOREVER 2L GTX JK BARN RED 20 ski jacket, I made the payment (with 22euros shipping fees to Slovenia, 5% discount code and 1euro preparation fee) but the order hasn't been validated yet, I didn't receive a confirmation email and the order doesn't show up in my orders on my account and the ski jacket is still in my basket. The only orders are from previous tries, days before (all were cancelled by my side).
I made the order today (16.02.2021). How long does it take for the order to be validated or is it possible there was an error processing the order (even though I made the payment). The possible order numbers I have (from this date) are:
