I am posting this detailed review to warn other consumers about the business practices of Ekosport. What started as a simple order has turned into a major conflict due to total bad faith on their part.
​The indisputable facts:
​Extreme delay: The delivery of my ski boots (order NL00066296) suffered an unacceptable delay, severely disrupting my holiday preparations.
​Appalling condition of delivery: The package was eventually delivered in a box that was torn, crushed, and heavily damaged on all sides. This shows a total lack of care during the logistics process.
​Failing customer service (Ticket 00650152): Instead of taking responsibility for the delay and the physical damage to the packaging, customer service hides behind standard scripted answers.
​Illegal stance: Despite clear photographic evidence of the destroyed box, Ekosport refuses any form of compensation or reasonable commercial gesture for the immense inconvenience caused.
​Aggressive handling: I received a 'final answer' refusing any further help and stating they would take no further action. This is a direct violation of the duty of care a seller owes to a consumer.
​CRITICAL TIP FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:
If you receive a damaged package from Ekosport, always REFUSE the delivery immediately. This is the only way to avoid being charged for return shipping costs, which Ekosport illegally tries to pass on to the customer.
​Current status:
Because Ekosport refuses to cooperate on a friendly settlement, I have taken the following steps:
​Opened an official case with the French authorities (SignalConso / DGCCRF).
​I am currently holding the goods as collateral until a lawful solution is provided for the damages and the breach of contract.
​Conclusion:
Do not order here if you value your consumer rights. As soon as something goes wrong, this company leaves you completely stranded. I will not update or remove this review until appropriate compensation has been provided."

I ordered a ski helmet and goggles on the Ekosport website. I made the payment and the order status showed "VALIDATED".
After several days I wanted to check the progress of the order, but the order still showed "VALIDATED".
I sent a message to customer service to find out what was going on. I did not receive a response. I sent several more messages during the day and there was no response to any of them.
They took the money, but the goods are not being sent.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Really good service. A bit slow shipping. They gave me the discount because I didn't take the combo options on the ski and ski bindings(if you do its like 20€ off). After one mail they solved it and gave me that discount.

I still haven't received my package, it's been 17 days.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes - none fit properly. I therefore returned all three pair. Appearently only 2 arrived at the return center. After contating them, they said the weight at Chronopost (France), was 3.5kg, but DPD (Austria, where the package was originally returned) it weighted 4.8kg. That was it. I only got the money back for 2 pairs, I lost 140€ in this process. I had to write so many mails, and still no result. Never again.

Ekosport after service is terrible. I cancelled the order, dis not get mail it is canceled, saw it on profile. 6 days passed, still no refund. Contacted seller 3 times, no responce.

Awefull company. Never again

I ordered skiis for 850 euros on 4.12. Today is 9.12. and order is still in "validated" state, they did not even put it in preparation, and about shippping I dont want even to think what will be, and they charged me f****** 33 euros for shipping!

I will probably miss ski weekend to try new skiis. Terrible! I hope I will get skiis and hopefully not damaged. But never again!

No matter how good price is, buy somewhere else! Trust me.

Mijn zoon heeft een paar skischoenen gekocht bij Ekosport. Deze zijn aangekomen en blijken gebruikt te zijn. Dit is heel duidelijk te zien aan de hele schoen. Ik heb vandaag gebeld met de klantenservice. Deze schoenen zijn niet meer in voorraad en de medewerkster vroeg of ik korting zou willen hebben en dan de schoen behouden. Aangezien mijn zoon over 3 dagen op vakantie gaat en andere skischoenen kopen lastig wordt qua tijd, heb ik deze optie opengehouden. Ik heb foto's van de schoenen gestuurd via de mail. Na enkele uren heb ik een antwoord ontvangen. Mijn zoon kon op schoenen die al gebruikt waren, € 225 kosten, maar liefst een bedrag van € 11.25 korting krijgen. Schandalig gewoon. Wat een slechte service. Ik vind deze site beslist geen aanrader. Vreemd vind ik ook dat ik reviews lees waarbij staat....ondanks de slechte reviews heb ik goede ervaringen. Waar staan die slechte reviews dan ? Ik zie ze niet.

They call returning "easy" but it is not easy at all. You can only get a reimbursement and they will deduct the costs of returning the product. After you click on "next step", it is immediately returned, there is no button to confirm it beforehand.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I bought an order for 900 usd, the carrier damaged the shipping box, as a result of which I received an incomplete order. I received only one product worth 100 usd, the sender refuses to resolve the dispute, giving the reason that I should not accept the package. absurd, I have to look for my money through the european dispute commission.
