What I love most about EKM is that they are available to speak to when I need them - I mean actually speak to! They answer the phone quickly and they are super helpful and patient. The chat facility within the portal is also great and managed by the same team.

Connor was able to pick up on a mistake that I had made in the calculator set-up on a test product I am setting up, and found out why it wasn't working properly from the customer side for me. Your time and patience was very much appreciated.

Initially what appeared to be good service just didn't cut it after scratching the surface. I was after a hassle free service which was why I was willing to pay extra (£45 a month but that's low end) rather than just £10 a month to host a Wordpress site. Unfortunately this ended up not being the case. I spent weeks trying to resolve my site loading at 4-10 seconds per page on average. Eventually I realised that i wasnt going to get the help I needed to deal with this problem. Rather than try and learn to deal with technical issues that should have been dealt with for me, I just decided to put my time into learning Wordpress more thoroughly. I suspect that their servers are aging, although I do know of another site that runs ok. May be luck of the draw but I'm starting to speculate here. As a shop builder the site is very useable but ultimately it just wasted my time after being left with an unusably slow site.
