I talked to multiple people but the one,Denise Anderson, helped me the most. She's a very helpful, nice and knowledgeable person.

Stop calling me!
Came across them in my research for dental insurance. I regret putting in my information. The next day I got REPEATED phone calls every 3-5 minutes. I am up to 28 calls in the last 3 hours. Asked every time to stop calling. Always some lame excuse on why they keep calling. I called their main number and asked to remove my number. Still didn't work. If I press them, they hang up on me. I'm not even sure how they have good reviews - They are probably fake. Poor business practices. Beware.

Spokesman knew what he was talking about took all the time needed to explain everything
Excellent choice of plans but ask lots of questions and read the details yourself before making a final decision
I liked that the additional plan that I chose does have good benefits and seems to be a good one. However the sales representative who talked me into it was not thorough. He said that I could receive $60 worth of free groceries. He failed to find out whether I qualify for this benefit. Only individuals with certain chronic health conditions qualify for this benefit. I only learned this today, a week after he enrolled me, by reading the details of the plan. I told him more than once that overall am very healthy and have NO major health conditions. He should not have pushed that benefit and told me that I would be able to receive those $60 worth of free groceries.
Poor communication
Poor communication, multiple years in a row they have dropped our application or canceled it and not told us until past the deadline. They make it more complicated and confusing than needs to be and we have to constantly be calling to make any headway as a company trying to insure our employees.
Terrible! No!!
No!!! Be very careful with this company. The insurance agents are not experienced - they’re sitting in a call center wearing sweatpants - and they do not offer all the plans in an area. Incorrect information, hard sales pitches. Good luck finding the “advisor” if you have a problem after the sale. They sell lots of policies using misleading advertisements, usually claiming it was from a partner and “we didn’t know”.
Bait ad Switch
Thank you for offering me to insurance health plans letting me pick one finding out the other one had better benefits and when I ask for that plan you don’t give it to me you wait a week after enrollment, and then call me up and welcome me to the other plan. That’s about as dirty as you can get as far as I’m concerned. I would give you no stars if I could. Bait and switch bait and switch bait and switch who in the world are you helping?
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Called to find out results of my application. Asked for a text or email verification of their “review”. Was told to have more patience and hung up on me. In fairness, I want to believe this was representative of only one person.
My 1st. Experience in Medicare Insurance
This was 1st. Foray into parts C & D being new to Medicare, I had spoken with a couple of other Insurance Brokers, never could get straight answers, I called and was connected with David Davis, He took time to go through all my Meds, and Checked to make sure all my Dr.s were in the plan I chose.
I cannot say Good enough words for his help, there's only 1 negative, the later in Enrollment period, it takes persistence to get back in touch, I suggest leaving a Voicemail then continue to reach them by calling do not wait for callbacks but I can't imagine the amount of calls they receive during this time Period. Again I Highly recommend David at EHealth.
Far too many invasive questions prior…
Far too many invasive questions prior to answering any of mine. Very quick to hang up on me when I pointed this out. A robotic disconnected saleswoman who was clearly not interested in helping me and just wanted a quick sale.
Awful customer service!!
I contacted ehealth to see if I could get better benefits. I was told that Humana would be a better option for when checking all my doctors and I could get more $$ in my SS check. I was admitted to the my hospital this past weekend and was told that they would not accept Humana. The representative at ehealth never bothered to check to see if my hospital accepted Humana. When I called to cancel Humana, they told me I had to call Humana myself to cancel because ehealth would not take the time to correct their mistake. I will NEVER again use ehealth!

I was referred to e-health via a spam call (one of dozens every day). I would NEVER deal with a company that uses random phone calls, beginning at 6 a.m., to generate leads for their business. e-health should consider ETHICAL methods of marketing without bombarding people with unwanted, unsolicited phone calls from India.

I contacted ehealth about Medicare, I'm not on it. Within 2 days the phone calls started bombarding me. All day and evening. It's pretty sorry to sell our numbers to India. The biggest scammers on earth! How can you get away with this? I've blocked 15+ numbers in a little over a week! I'll never contact you again and hope other's don't call you and read reviews FIRST!
A special thanks to Natalie
A special thanks to Natalie. She was very polite, helpful and patient. She explained to me all the details I would like to know about the blue shield policy I was interested in. She was very professional and made the enrollment for me very easy. I am glad I went through eHealth to enroll in my new policy. I will share my good experience with all my friends and family.

Please run from this company
Please run from this company. They prey on the elderly. I walked into my eighty-five year old Dad’s house as he was answering questions to what he thought was his insurance company. They are frauds and their sales representative Christopher Suida should be fired. My Dad told them several times that he was eighty-five and did not understand their questions. When I got on the phone Mr. Suida was indignant that I had interrupted his call.
I called the number on the post card.
I called the number on the post card.
I told him when he started asking me about making a doctor's appointment to send me the doctors info to my email. I never said which company I was willing to go with. He never quoted a monthly payment. I got frustrated with him when he kept asking me questions as to which doctor I wanted. I want to be able to Google the doctors to see what they are about. I needed to know if they accept CHAMPVA along with Medicare. I can only find that out by calling their receptionist. He would not listen. He said he would email me the list at the end of one hour. We said goodbye. I got a text message from a doctor telling me when my appointment was. I did not okay this. Minutes later I got an email I thought was from the doctor. It was from him telling me to click on the link to accept the insurance.
Your high Pressure sales people loss this person and it will cost you more potential customers.
I have CHAMPVA. I don't need an Advantage supplement. I told him that. And if it is truly $0 premiums
$0 deductibles, $0 copays, that would be great. But I very much doubt that.

Employers: GO ELSEWHERE
My company was sold Cigna+Oscar insurance by way of EHealth.com. For nearly two years this insurance was active, paid automatically by ACH on time and in full every month.
In Feb of 2023 the Cigna plan needed to change for some unknown reason.
EHealth.com sent one email with a typo in the email address to me. I did not receive said email of course as it had a typo in the address. A typo that would have forced the email to bounce back to EHealth.com
The plan was subsequently canceled due to non-renewal. Again I was not notified. No email, phone call, physical mail or otherwise was sent.
EHealth.com own supervisor of this department agreed that one single email with a typo was sent. Further, once this was learned EHealth was not willing to offer any support in expediting a new plan for coverage.
Summary: My employees were 6 months without coverage because EHealth did not communicate the plan was terminated.
E-Health is a SCAM!!
E-Health is a SCAM!!! Run don't walk!!
Paid the entire year of '22 for my employees and find out it doesn't qualify for the federal minimum requirements!
Now I get to pay the gov't surcharges in addition to the health coverage.
Needless to say I cancelled my policy the day I found out they were a scam!!!
STAY AWAY!
CONFUSION/Nightmare
'ehealth' is more or less the 'middleman'. I had a very good representative that tried his best but never the less it was all a nightmare when he got Unitedhealth for my brother. After hours on the phone with upper management, and him, it still turned into a nightmare dealing with Unitedhealth and ehealth. It's best to go DIRECTLY to the company on your own. So much LESS confusion. A total nightmare dealing with ehealth because, like I said, they are the middleman/third party and it's just not worth it. Go directly to the company of your choice. Less headaches for sure.
